Every time I think I like this place, I’m quickly reminded why I don’t. Got a club from there a few days ago and it was the most sorry excuse for a club I’ve ever seen. The meat was wadded up in the middle of the bread, the bacon was in about 6 very small pieces and it had a very small pinch of spring mix. Definitely not anywhere close to being a $12 sandwich. DO NOT waste your money on this place, there’s plenty of other places to get a good sandwich.

We love McAlister’s and usually eat at the Turkey Creek location. We decided to try the one by West Town Mall and we were glad we did. I believe the sweet tea was sweeter here which is a plus for me. Same quality food and great service. We will definitely return. I will also add that $56 for three sandwiches, three salads and three drinks is a little too much when there are several more options for far less.

Great food! French Dip and water w/lemons and Veggie Spud and tea. So tasty! Always enjoy how the food is prepared. Yay to the cook! Nice girl who brought food out to us on the patio. Pleasant breeze made for a nice lunch. Thinking about ice cream now but will have to go to another merchant.

I love the food but my server was mocking me and making faces at me behind my back (I had a friend with me and she told me about it after our interaction) all because I had the audacity to take too long to dig the ninety two cents out of my purse. I have to come later (around 8:40) because i work a 12 hour shift myself and I feel like they punish me with bad service because it’s too close to their closing time. I know they are closing but I was not rude, I take it Togo, and i am only writing this review because that’s a terrible way to treat other people and I don’t want to see it happen to others.
