I ordered food for a group of eight during an Orientation Class. The Oder was for a spud bar and a tray of cookies for 12:00 pm for lunch. I received the smallest bake potatoes I have ever seen at McAlister’s with all the fixing in very small dipping containers. I also ordered a tray of cookies and they actually cut the cookies in half. This was soooooo embarrassing pics are attached. This order was $200.00. I had to order pizza and wigs from Papa John. I will never order from this location again.

50 min for an order for two people… several people left because of the wait time and others didn’t get their food and got refunds. The manager was trying to handle the store, but the back staff was not on the same page for orders. Seems like orders are being made and then 86ed. Manager seems like they are very new along with back staff, but poorly trained. Not worth coming back if there are this many issues. We ended up getting a refund. Cashier was nice enough to explain the situation which is why it’s not a one star review

I purchased two turkey sandwiches with tomatoes, avocados, spinach, Swiss cheese, lite mayo, and onion on one of the sandwiches. After waiting 45 minutes on my order, I get home and there is barely any turkey on the sandwiches. One bite and the turkey was gone. My son ordered a king club, which was given to another customer who came in several minutes after we did. When he asked about his order, the young lady behind the register stated that, “we have to clear out the other orders on the screen first” after we stood and watched the lady place the order. I will never go back to this location again.

I was very disappointed with my sandwich at this location. I thought all restaurants made their sandwiches the same but I guess not. While I have had the veggie sandwich before it was at a different location and it was delicious and well put together with roasted peppers and all. Whoever put this sandwich together needs to be retrained. I will not eat there again, consistency is key with all restaurants. I had to remake my sandwich when I got home.

I would have gave 5 stars but i had just 1 chunck of avocado on my sandwich. I wish it was smoothly spreaded on my sandwich. Also i had a stem from the avocado in my sandwich. I almost broke a tooth. But other that that sandwich was good. Had fresh vegetables and the combination was very good. I ordered the turkey garden sandwich with salt vinegar chips and a drink.
