This place is hit or miss. Sometimes, my order is perfect, and other times, like most recently, my sandwich was falling apart, and my salad looked awful with dried lettuce and ingredients that looked like the box was dropped a few times. And absolutely NO RANCH. Jusy dry salad and vibes. The only two ladies there were friendly, but this meal was inedible. I can’t keep wasting my time & money on it.

This was awful service. There was no one in the store yet. It took 35 minutes for my wrong order to get to me the cashiers spent the entire time talking about their self cosmetics and whether they should get eyelashes or not, this was the worst service I’ve ever had in Bartlett by far I will never go to that establishment again, and I would advise anyone who likes proper hygiene to never go to that establishment ever again. They put the cookie that belongs with the kid meal inside of a side salad that I gave me because they said they were out of cookie wrap and it was only a half of a cookie see below. I had to finally get upset and ask where my food was, and they finally brought out the wrong order.

I walked up to the girl on 8/24/2023. She didn’t say hi or anything. I made my order and she turned her back to me got on her phone and was texting. She handed me my tea and helped the next guy in line I was waiting for my food he ordered and while making his drink out came the phone again. I don’t care who you are but if you treat me different that is not good business. I am a older white lady. The man behind me was a white also. When a black lady came up to make her order the lady behind the counter greeted her with a smile and everything. I waited 20 min for my food no food yet the black lady got her food and left I waited another 15 min for my food final she asked the lady cooking the food she said oh here it is like it sat there and no one bothered to put it on the counter. If you are in a service area put up the phone and take the blue tooth out your ear. Treat everyone the same!!!!

I honestly don’t know why I let myself give them another try. I thought since it had been over a year since the last several AWFUL experiences, hopefully things had improved. Not even close. I placed an order via Uber eats today right at 11, before they would super slammed for lunch. It was just delivered at 11:45. Perfect timing. I work from home and I usually order something in on Fridays. The delivery person was quick and polite and great. I get inside and open my food. Keep in mind I live maybe 5 minutes away. The sandwich that was supposed to be hot, was cold and doesn’t even appear to have been toasted/cooked as long as it was supposed to be. The rotel dip for the nacho app is just a bowl of old thick over cooked cheese with no rotel, served with super stale tortilla chips. And the chocolate cheesecake was just thrown into a giant takeout box instead of one the small ones, and whoever did it clearly had chocolate all over there fingers since there are chocolate fingerprints all over the box where they closed it. $35 for a meal that only the cup of soup is edible.

We initially ordered delivery or a 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 grilled chicken salad as well as a sandwich with a side. Upon delivery of the food half of the order was wrong. The salad didn’t have any chicken and the side ordered was chicken and dumplings but we instead got potato soup. I called the restaurant and explained the issue to the manager. The manager gave me a couple of options which I chose to have the meal remade. So, we drove to the restaurant and the manager remade the order. Turns out they were out of the chicken and dumplings so it seems they just chose to put in a different soup without calling me. The second round was much better but it was a lot to go through just to get what was ordered. The staff member checking the food needs to pay more attention to his position and spend less time listening to his ear buds and looking at his phone. I’d like to also add that my order wasn’t the only one they got wrong.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I just want to start off by saying that the lady they have as manager at this location needs more training when it comes to customer service. She was very rude and nonchalant. My boyfriend and I came in to order take out and I was owed change it took the manager 5 to 10 minutes to give me my change and I never received all of it. Then as I was ordering the nice young man who rang me up asking me for my order, the manager literally just started talking to him and interrupting me about someone else’s order. She never said I’m sorry ma’am or excuse me as he’s in the middle of taking my order and TALKING TO ME!!!!! Then my boyfriend had a modified order and told them after he paid for his food. This lady (the manager) literally tried to charge him for a whole new sandwich just for them to make it over after he had already paid. I’m not use to horrible customer service like this especially coming from a manager. Why would we pay for another sandwich just for you to make it over just to take mayo off?! That’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. The young man that took my order was very nice and professional but the manager that’s a whole different story.

Stay away from this location. Family and I stopped passing thru. It took almost 25 minutes to get our order placed (only two families ahead of our own). We then waited an astonishing 38 minutes for our food to be brought to the table. To make things worse, all hot items were cold except my one childs Mac and cheese. And all of this with 5 employees working at the time that we could see, three up front and two in kitchen. Stay away!!!

I had a pleasant experience upon my last visit to this location. The food is always delicious and fresh and the staff were professional and polite. The visit before the last, I did have a bad experience but I mentioned it to customer service and it seems the issue has been handled. I was disrespected by a couple of members of the staff. Like I said, though, it seems to have been taken care of. I hope to continue to have pleasant experiences here when I come in to eat.

Was seen by employees, and waited a total of 4 minutes to get service and there was no one except 2 female employees working and talking about their boyfriends. How are you going to look at someone when they walk in with 0 zero customers in the store and continuously talk about their boyfriends and not acknowledge the customer? And then I was missing a bowl of soup and had tomatoes on my sandwich. I ordered 2 things and they seemed to have messed that up to.
