Increasingly disappointed with this place. I do eat here fairly regularly and 7/10 times, I’m disappointed. The lack of customer service is what drives me the most crazy. There is never a manager visible and mostly run by young kids. From playing with their hair (I’m literally here watching her at the moment) to absolutely no care for the customers. The foods is mostly good so I can deal with the lack of service….but…we shouldn’t have to! 9/10 times, that can’t make something because they’re out of an ingredient. It’s our community and should demand they at least smile and acknowledge that we are in the restaurant. It starts at the top! Btw…if you ask for pepper, this is what you get apparently. Pic below. At least I got some.

This is what happens when you let a bunch of underqualified teenagers run a restaurant. Takes 30+ minutes for one subpar sandwich. I genuinely could’ve ordered my sandwich, ran some errands, and come back. In the hour I sat there, not one table was cleaned off around me. Only positive is the guy that usually ends up taking my order is always nice.

I stopped eating here when they didn’t have the ultimate nachos. Decided to see if they were back on the menu. They were, I was thrilled until I got home and was missing toppings. You guys are not like other locations (Franklin) at least they tell you when they are out of something when you order. This location would rather you figure it out on your own. Check your food before leaving when ordering at the Columbia location!!!

Ordered off door dash….My bread on my chicken salad was burnt and smelled of burnt….Called there to speak with the manager, first thing she said we don’t give credit for stuff ordered off door dash…I said young lady I didn’t call for credit, I called thinking you wanted to know the type of mess that’s being sent out the restaurant to people!!! I could tell she could care less!!! It’s truly sad the people they place in leadership positions…They don’t even have basic people skills!!!!
