I dined in this Saturday around 3:30 pm .I had an amazing experience…The cashier was very sweet and knowledgeable of the menu.We always have great service when that particular cashier is there… She made sure nothing was left out my order… she even added i onions to my Caesar salad…

I’ve been here multiple times and I always get the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich. I can’t complain on the taste as it’s always good. But there always seems to be either one thing missing from my order or substituted without asking me. The employees always have a bad attitude and so has management. other than an older lady that brings out the food she’s excellent. Other than that won’t be coming back until something changes.

Waited for 30 min, never got my food order. The people who took my order were very nice and courteous as were the general staff. The problem is the two managers. I usually eat there at least once per week. I have noticed in the past the managers think their roll is to intimate the staff vs manage the restaurant. They are constanly correcting to staff in front of the customers. Bring to their attention on the spot their mistakes. That is NOT how you manage people. You can tell everyone is scared to death of them. I went up to one of the managers to give him my receipt so he could see how long I had been waiting. He immediately looked around to find someone to blame instead of trying to solve my problem as a customer. I refused to get a refund and told him they needed the money more than I did. Those two clowns need to be shown the door.

What friendly employees! Our Saturday afternoon lunch was so pleasant. The ladies working the register and running the food were all smiles and personality. It started our experience off perfectly. The menu is extensive (*it is hard to read because the wording is small on the wall behind the registers), so I would suggest looking online at a menu before walking in for your first time. I opted for the Pick Two and got a spicy turkey melt and caesar salad. My daughter got the kids’ pizza w/chips and a cookie. Our friend got the upsized club sandwich called the King Club with a side of mac & chz. The pizza was small for a 10 year old, but would recommend it for a toddler because she said it tasted good. The portions for both adult meals were enormous and we were very happy with the quality of ingredients, accuracy and speed of getting our food, and especially the taste. It had been a long time since we visited because it is always so busy, but today we got a reminder of why people flock there.

The managers are very rude and passive aggressive. I come in every few times a month and whenever they’re there the staff looks either scared, anxious, frustrated, or nervous when interacting with the managers. The managers never actually solve any problems, they just find a person to blame ( staff ) and reprimand the staff in front of guest. It’s a nice establishment and the foods great, the managers just suck.

This was my first visit for myself, I have been before to pick up an order for my brother. The service on 4/13/23 (around 1pm) was AMAZING, thank you to the ladies at the counter. I downloaded the app and received a free tea and 50% off of my food. I ordered the combo special. I have only eaten half and I am full. The portions are good as well as the quality.
