My mother called to order her lunch for curbside. She went through three different people on the phone because they didn’t understand the premise. They informed her that she’d have to come in to pay (she’s not able to walk well, which is why she ordered curbside). She went inside and the order that she confirmed over the phone ended up not being placed at all, so she had to reorder it all over again. The staff had an attitude, and they didn’t even give her what she ordered. She goes there every week, but now she will not be going.

Ordered a spud max and large Diet Coke via DoorDash, store accepted order and dasher contacted me after waiting about 29 minutes to say that store had poured out all teas and turned off Coke products so I would not receive a drink despite having paid for it. When potato arrived napkins were wet , food was cold and conjelled, container was soggy and no butter, sour cream was included in order and potato was half cooked. I eat frequently at the store in my neighborhood and have never experienced this level of service before or heard such rude disrespectful comments from staff

People were nice! Food was Amazing! I got the BLT & it came with Avocado! Never had it like that so I asked for it on the side! It actually was Really Good with it! Had a Ton of Applewood Bacon on it, which is a Major Plus! Got a side of Mac & Cheese, it also was Really Good! My son got the Italian Sub & Mac & Cheese! He Really Enjoyed his as well! My husband got the Memphian Sub with Chips & also was Very Pleased with it all! Will Definitely visit a McAlister’s again! Found out there is one close to where we live & am very glad to hear it!

Placed a curbside order auto response ,”we’ll be right out with your order!” Waited 10mins well… guess I’d better go get it myself. Got my bag but I didn’t know I was picking up a bag of pre-prep ingredients. If I wanted to cook I could’ve stayed home!!

Terrible experience recently. Tried to call in an order and spoke with Kailey. She was very rude and didn’t listen to me at all, I had to repeat every item to her 2 – 3 times. When I got there part of the order was wrong and I informed them of the horrible experience over the phone. They looked at who took my order and said they had been having problems with Kailey that night.

I never like giving bad reviews and almost never have to, but when you see somewhere you really like having trouble, they can help. On this Sunday at 11:30, we placed our family order and it’s our usual order nothing complicated. They told my wife they are no longer serving Brown gravy and that was kind of odd. Our drinks and chips got to us pretty quickly and they were good.

My husband and I went for a walk and ended up here for lunch before our walk back home. I had chicken and dumplings with a club sandwich and my husband just had the chicken and dumplings. It was delicious. I didn’t know they served it and it was right on time. The staff was very nice and courteous. I will be back and I hope the dumplings will become a part of their menu.

This place has been getting steadily worse for years, but we decided to give them another chance. BIG mistake. The sweet tea tasted spoiled. The broccoli cheese soup was watery and only lukewarm. The kids’ pretzel bites were hard as bricks and barely edible. Then I order a spud. Everyone else at the table had food. Mine was never brought. Two different members of staff tried to tell me they brought it out, they had not. Had to ask multiple times for my food. It wasn’t until I demanded my money back that they finally decided to give me the food I paid for. I will not be wasting my time or money in this establishment ever again.
