Expect a typical McAlister’s experience here. You will wait for your food a tad longer here than at other “fast food” restaurants, but it definitely tastes better! The restaurant manager also walked from table to table to ask customers.about their food instead of hiding in an office (thank you, sir). The women’s restroom was clean, everything worked, and it had a nice air freshener scent (a major plus in a public bathroom!)

I had already written this McAllisters off years ago due to its TERRIBLE customer service, very long wait times, and their inability to get an order right 3-4 years ago but today I had a craving so I decided to give them another chance. I walked in and the line to order was backed up all of the way to the door but I had a craving so I figured that I’d wait and just eat while I work since my entire lunch break will be waiting on getting the food……. Once I finally got up to the front to put in my order 25 minutes later (with nobody in front of my receiving their food yet) I was told that they are not taking orders anymore and everyone in line was asked to leave. I’m diabetic and took my insulin before my meal like I’m suppose to do but now my entire break has been wasted and my blood sugar is low and I’m stuck at work with no food. Hopefully someone will bring me food or I will be calling an ambulance. I decided after years to give this McAllisters a second chance but obviously they are just as bad as ever. Corporate needs to either shut this store down completely or fire everyone and start from scratch but even if they do that then they won’t be able to trick me into setting foot in this location again.

My mom talked about how she and my dad enjoy the food here. Since I was hm from Colorado I decided to try it for the 1st time. Mariah was great with saying that the Spud Max was a favorite. Peeking my taste bud even more from what my mom told me. I enjoyed it only eating half bcuz I had the McAllister Club and Chicken Tortilla Soup. Eat some now and save for later

We ordered online and had it delivered. They forgot the pickle, got the wrong cookies and messed up one of the sandwiches we got. It’s normal for restaurants to make mistakes but what makes this worse is that the automated phone system that the company has in place makes it functionally impossible to call in and get the problem corrected. We couldn’t use the website to fix the problem we had to call in. We called and called and after 13 minutes on hold had to drive to the actual restaurant to try and fix the issue. They really need to rethink their automated phone system, it’s horrible.

This location is the absolute worst. Dora needs to really be retrained and learn how to treat clients. She is rude!!!! And the ice machine is filled with fungus I had fungus on numerous ice cubes in my cup. Won’t be getting anymore of my service. Close the location or get a new staff. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way.

I ordered(B L T W/AVAC) and this is what I got… Bacon!!!! Thrown on bread, I tried to call but after 30 min. With no answer, I decided I wouldn’t dare eat that, so I had no lunch, I’m going to return it, this evening. I’m hoping to get some compensation, because I couldn’t eat what they served me.

I had the choose 2. I had a McAllisters wrap with no pork(ham and bacon) as you can see there is ham on the wrap. I almost ate the pork and pork makes me sick. The nacho chips are stale, and the container that comes with tomatoes, cheese, green onions, peppers etc only came with old cheese and 6 or 7 jalapeño peppers!! This is my second time receiving an order like this. Can’t believe how poor this location has become. I blame management because apparently he/she is ok with the store having such poor quality!!
