The staff was friendly and helpful with options on our order. Opened spaced atmosphere was nice for my mom and I to visit while we ate our meal. We both had the “pick two” half salad, 1/2 sandwich or 1/2 spud plate. Gave it 4⭐’s cause instead of cutting a potato(spud) in half, they gutted out half of it…? Which I thought was odd but overall the food, the service and especially the atmosphere was really nice to sit and chat:)

I’m not sure who manages this place, but they need to step up their game and learn how to manage. I paid over $40 for food for my wife, my son, and myself and I waited for almost a full 40 minutes just to receive cold food that wasn’t even what I ordered. I was charged for a more expensive meal and given something that cost $2-$3 less than what I wanted, but given that I waited as long as I had I just counted it as a loss in fear that the incompetency and lack of skill would reflect yet again on my wait time and food quality. To add to the above, I overheard another customer ask where his food was because “I’ve been standing here for almost 45 minutes” (his words) and the employee he spoke with proceeded to grab his food from the “to go” shelf where it had been sitting for AT LEAST 20 of those 45 minutes without them making an effort to make contact with him and give him his order, even though he was standing five feet from the counter. I do not recommend going here unless you want to be over charged for cold food that doesn’t match what you ordered.

The food is absolutely delicious, a break from the fast food of burgers. The menu is full of sandwiches and soups, salads and even Nachos. The employees bring your order to your table . I think there is a drive thru but have not used that yet. The bathroom was why I gave 4 stars because although the resturant was very clean and employees were all wonderful the bathroom was at par messy. But it could have been just a busy day. Anyway I love this place.

I jus ordered a loaded Spud and it was so cold the butter could not melt as I put it on the Spud. I first Ordered a Spud with only butter I was transferred to a live person who said so that a loaded Spud and read out what go’s on a loaded Spud I said to myself What the he’ll I take the loaded Spud with no sour cream I didn’t get loaded Spud but my original order I young lady tried to explain that they could not control Automative system but in future I should talk to someone directly at store. I had to nuke my Spud in mymicrowave I will NOT be going to back The young lady did apologize but that does not make up for product. She could offered to give them a chance to make things right. I will next time talk toa older not a young kid

Food ordered was not correct. I asked for a sub to be subbed onto a 12 inch bread and was told ok. When my wife picked it up it was a 6 inch. So I called and asked why I wasn’t told on the phone I could not get it subbed to a 12 inch the managers claimed I hadn’t talked to anyone, and that I had made the order online even though I called the number off Google when you search for that restaurant. Amanda is a nasty and rude manager.

I was disappointed in the restaurant in Philadelphia MS. I got up to use the restroom and walked past five of the female staff being obnoxiously loud and playing with each others hair. Once I was in the bathroom I couldn’t help but notice the overflowing garbage cans, with paper all over the floors including the stalls. I walked back out and watched the girls go back to work without washing their hands.

My husband and I stopped in here while traveling through the area for lunch. The lady that took our order was not the nicest and not very helpful. The order took awhile, but they were busy, so I get that. The food was okay. The restaurant was not the cleanest. We were disappointed in the visit. Usually we have good experiences with McAlister’s. this was the exception.
