We’ve been here a few times, and I will say they are constantly good. They’ve never messed up our order. The wait usually isn’t too long, but there is a lunch and dinner surge. The tea is never sour either. The staff is typically friendly and really nice. The store is always clean, and the tables are always bussed. Can’t really complain about this location!

Sidney and Lulu are really wonderful! I came in with a friend around 8:30 at night and the place was so clean! The food was insanely flavorful and perfectly made. They were so helpful in choosing the right food items on the menu. They were personable, friendly, professional and committed to the McAlister’s brand. Oh my, favorite quick meal. The salads are great sandwiches pretty good, soup, chix tortilla, My food is generally very good. But not tonight. I ordered a New York sandwich. Now I’m from up north, I know good corned beef and pastrami. I truly didn’t expect alot. And I got chewy meat that really didn’t resemble good New York deli pastrami or corned beef. Tasted like top round and bland.

I was a little dulu today. Had a bad allergic reaction to some new meds. The girls were so freaking sweet to me. Took the time to explain everything and help me make my order. I was really sick yesterday and my heads not quite right yet, they were so helpful and not at all judgmental (I’m sure I was serving mad crackhead energy). They tried to help me get something I could eat that wouldn’t rock the tummy. Honestly, I’m 25 if that’s how they acted towards me, I bet they’re amazing with elderly customers. Thank you so much girls! I’m feeling 10 folds with a little food in my tunmy!

If this were any other day at this location, I would be putting a five. Normally the customer service is good and the food is great. Today, no one was happy to be there and they were rude. The food was thrown in the bag (the soup was upside down in the bag), the baked potato had no cheese, the kids pizza was not cut and looks old and the kids sandwich has finger prints in it!

First off, don’t bother getting anyone on the phone- it’s disconnected. Was already highly annoyed about that because I wanted to change my bread. Get the sandwich home and it’s a half sandwich and I paid for a full sandwich. Anytime I ask for a pickle it’s hit or miss and today it’s miss. How can you eat a sandwich without the pickle spear???? On top of that, the spicy turkey melt is nasty. I just had it a week ago and you wouldn’t even know that this was the same sandwich. I’m so upset and I can’t even call and complain . I’ll just take my money to chicken salad chick from now on.
