Long wait. Staff uninterested when asked about time after 30 minutes of waiting. Many cancelled orders of called in orders. Staff encouraged cancelling orders. Spuds cold when we received them. Staff said fountain drinks were bad so ordered water, never given. Very disappointed.

Went in and ordered a chef salad.. Wrong order was brought to my table so I sent it back. Marquis was the person who took the order and brought the wrong order out. Twenty minutes later I checked and no one had made my salad.. I said if it can be made in 5 minutes bring it.. Marquis walked to out table and handed me a refund. I said I still wanted the chef salad He said no I refunded you… Then I said “whatever” and he replied “whatever my @&&”… I asked them to also refund my tip and they refused… STAY AWAY FROM THIS McAlister’s!!!!

I’ll never go back ordered my food took 30 minutes. Brought the wrong order to my table. Waited another 20 minutes for my food. By this time I had other things to do! So I asked the cashier for my money back and she was very rude. I had to argue with her to get my money back. This was the worst experience at any restaurant I’ve ever had.

The tea is spoiled everytime. Its has been soured everytime I go. The sandwich I normally get in Tupelo and Starkville is the Italian. I have no complaints about either location. West Points location makes the sandwich different somehow. #1 I dont think the meat should be hanging out of the bread an inch or more on each side. Isn’t it supposed to be trimmed? #2 mustard placement on the sandwich is where it just shoots out of the sandwich and allows for a slippery surface where all the meat cheese and vegetables fall out of the bread with each bite. #3 business hours. They refused to serve our drinks and food and let us sit in the restaurant to eat because they took so long fixing their screw up with the family before us that they said we would have to get it and go. I had to have a talk with the person in charge just to be served our drinks. Then I watched them make our food so nothing happened to it. It’s the worst Mccalisters I have ever been too but its typical of all restaurants in West Point.
