I always order 3 mcalister club sandwiches and 4 bbq and 4 jalapeño chips every time. I usually never have a problem but today was just a mistake they missed up on my sandwiches and the blond young lady act like there was a problem with me. she treated me like I was dirty. I hate feeling miss placed in a place I eat 3-4 times a week and spends $30-$50 dollars every time. I hate to take my money elsewhere but if that continues or happen again I will no longer eat there nor recommend anyone else.

I love McAllister’s, but not this one. I almost all the time order a Horseradish Roast Beef & Cheddar, but the one I got tasted bad. The bread I got wasn’t even ciabatta bread. Just walmart brand whole wheat. They didn’t even tell me they were out. I also didn’t taste any au jus on my sandwich. Like I said before, I love McAllister’s, but I will never go to this one again.

So I absolutely love McAlister’s but I had never visited this location and sadly, I will not be returning. I ordered my soup and bread bowl to go. The service was speedy and the cashiers were friendly. But when I got home, I found that I had been given a bread bowl that had began molding. I thought the smell was unusual, as I began to unwrap it and noticed some spots but I was hoping I wasn’t right. Low and behold, the bread had began molding and I absolutely lost my appetite. I’m sad to write this because McAlister’s is typically a great spot but molded bread does not impress.
