Awesome food and staff! The club is our go to— so good! My boyfriend and I come to eat lunch here 1-2 times a week and it never disappoints! On May 19th, 2023 I went to this McAlister’s Deli.I ordered a corned beef sandwich with mustard only on Rye Bread, an order of potatoe salad and a Diet Coke. I was charged for a Reuben Sandwich ($11.99), the total was over $16.00 which I think was very high. I sat down and started eating half of my sandwich and I looked at the other half of the sandwich and there was GREEN MOLD on the Rye bread. I almost threw up. I took my plate to the counter and they wanted my name and phone number. They said to call me and see if I was doing okay. It took them over 10 minutes to find a piece of paper to write my name and number down. They called a man named Chris who they said was in charge. He said that he was going to refund my money and told me to make sure that I left my name and number so he could check on me. The man at the counter gave me the paperwork for my refund and said that it would be TWO weeks before I received my refund. I threw up several times that night and NOBODY EVER CALLED TO CHECK ON ME. They could care less if I died. I will Never eat at a McAlister’s Deli again!

Took 20 mins to get my to go order. My sandwich was cut so ridiculous there was no bread on top. The short little woman working the register is ALWAYS crude, not nice. Y’all took my cranberry orange sandwich off the menu so I won’t be stopping here again, especially when it takes forever.

New to McAlister’s. Reminds me of Panera Bread, ( maybe because I get the 1/2 duos) but much better menu variety. Very tasty. Not real busy when i came in the evening. Staff at this location were great, super nice and customer service orientated which you don’t find so much anymore. Like their green Togo containers.

I have ordered the same thing for years. Children’s broccoli cheese chicken bowl. They have taken it off the menu but Ive been told I can still order. Well this trip they didn’t want too. But they did a bowl of broccoli cheese soup and added chicken and my husband had a New Yorker and water and drink and our bill was 28 plus dollars. It was horrible and our bill was way over charged.

Great spuds, McAlister’s I’d known for. How do they find potatoes as big as your head? Who knows. It’s a low priced, usually healthy meal for your whole family. I think it’s a great lunch or early dinner. The French dip is yum, the salad are great and the soups are good. Best sweet Southern ice tea around.
