Stopped in here for my lunch and ordered the Southwest Avacado Salad. Looks like I won’t be eating an Avacado… I opened the box and see this old and shriveled up piece. If you’re assembling food and you throw something that is old and you know it probably isn’t sanitary… you should probably keep your customers best interest in mind and give them anything remotely fresh.

Can someone please explain to me how I’m supposed to get the straw through that hole??? Aside from that if you’re ordering online or DoorDash don’t expect to receive your pickle and always disable check to make sure your WHOLE order is there, also always double check for silverware! There will always be something wrong with your order at mcalisters. The food there is amazing though, my go to is the chicken salad croissant sandwich and the tomato and cucumber salad! Their brownies are TO DIE FOR! And also the potato salad is top tier! Totally worth the price you pay! I eat at mcalisters at least once a week and I’m never disappointed in the food…but I am usually disappointed in the service

What a terrible experience! 1st and last time here!! Person taking order was not friendly and unprofessional. They were out of mac-n-cheese. I ordered the half sandwich and potato soup deal. Was charged for whole sandwich and bowl of soup. Waited 30 minutes for food. So many workers for such slow service! Tea is weak. Au Jus much too salty! Potato Soup had weird taste. Couldn’t eat it. Husband’s chili was cold and his sandwich had very little cheddar and horseradish on it. Almost $50 for lunch sure wasn’t worth it!! Never again!!

I was really surprised at how good it was. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is, the cashier’s and the lady they hands you the food both ask for tips. I’m all for giving servers tips but, I got my food to go and both of these ladies worked behind the counter just like every fast food restaurant. This has made me not ever want to return to this place. $26 for 2 meals $5 to the cashier and $5 to the lady that literally moved her body 6 inches to grab the food and hand it to me. NEVER AGAIN!!!
