Went in about an hour before close. Got two salads and shared a spud with the fiancée. Amazing! Super fresh ingredients and delicious! They didn’t add the avocado to the southwest chicken avocado salad and when we made mention of it, they said they didn’t have ripe avocado. They offered my sweetie a sandwich and soup for the “inconvenience”. We were not expecting anything like that whatsoever. We would’ve been satisfied even without any replacement for avocado. Talk about some customer service!! Staff was super friendly and the place was clean. Highly recommend this location!

Love their food and best sweet tea in town. Got the Angus spud which said served with aujus however was not. And got wrong order which wasn’t big deal they fixed it fast. Upset about the aujus missing though, was little disappointed, was looking forward to that part.

Absolute customer focused staff – attentive, courteous and fast. I’ve been to several McAlisters around the country, worked at one and was blown away by the service. I was back for a healthy Savannah Chopped salad; a wonderful flavor blend all coming together with the Sherry Shallot dressing – sweet cranberries, tart Gorgonzola cheese and crunchy almonds. Yum! Fairly busy at 2pm on a Monday – I’ll be back if in town.

This place is absolutely amazing with the variety of deli sandwiches, subs, soups, spuds, chips, salads and desserts. Very clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Service is on cue. Wide variety of drinks available. Comfortable seating. Clean restrooms. The carrot cake is amazing!!!

my 1st visit and was not disappointed. I stopped going to the other sandwich place that serves those delicious cinnamon crunch bagels for sandwiches because they were getting stingy with the beef. Mc Alisters wasn’t overflowing with meet but still a nice meat to bread ratio. plenty of options and food was very good.

Such delicious food! We got three kids meals, one salad, and two spuds and it was delicious. My father went and asked for some au Jus for his potato because it was slightly dry and they more than accommodated him as well as apologizing profusely. My kids love coming to McAlister’s and it’s always incredible!

I visit this location quite often. I have the Tea Pass which is well worth the money and when I’m in a rush for lunch, I know I can order ahead and pick up at the window. The ladies at the window are always SUPER friendly & very fast. My food is always just as expected. When I walk in, it can be busy at lunchtime (but all MCALISTERS worth their weight in gold are…) but they are efficient and the line is always moving. The manager, Charles, actively helps out running orders or ringing up orders. My kids are still small but they love the giant cookies and they love being able to choose their own drinks and sit outside. I recommend this location 100%.

This location opened in September last year. We arrived after church on a Sunday. The place was hoppin! This is my first visit to this location. Parking lot was full and the line was almost to the door. However, they had a guy who was greeting people in line asking for party size and finding seats and notifying us what our table number was! Very impressive. They were fully staffed and very helpful and pleasant! We moved through the line quickly and ordered. French dip for me and a turkey sandwich toasted. Food was great. Drinks were delicious! We sat down and were served our food in about 8-10 minutes. We even saw the manager serving food. They were turning over the crowd quickly and everyone around us seemed to be having a great time. We will definitely be returning to this location soon! Hats off to the entire crew for great customer service!
