We love McAlister’s in Sharonville. The food is great and a good price overall. We had a chicken salad croissant and the jalapeño turkey sandwich. Both were great. Great service too. The staff was very helpful with a gift card issue we had. Highly recommend.

I’m a big fan of this restaurant. I ordered the ultimate nachos but was disappointed. Not up to the usual standards. I also saw someone in the kitchen sneeze and not even bother to cover it. Yuck.

Ordered baked potato. It comes with butter and sour cream per the menu. I ordered cheese and bacon added. I got barely one small slice of bacon plus some cheese. No butter. No sour cream. Very dry.

Completely blown away, they were very busy this morning with to go bulk orders. I ordered my food and patiently waited for about 10-15 mins. As i was about to ask how much longer the manager asked how long ive been waiting and without a word he gave me money back for the food, gave me some cookies and apologized for the long wait as the cashier did too. That meant the world to me not for the free delicious food but the Service. This is why I love this location. Thank you Sam for your Great service!

The Cashier was nice and friendly, and knew her stuff about the food we were ordering. The place looked clean and it was busy too. I got the 4 Cheese Griller, and my husband got the Grill Chicken Sub. We enjoyed our food and I washed it down with a Peach Lemonade, and my husband washed his down with a regular Lemonade. Everything was fantastic!

The Deli was very large lot’s of seating, big screen televisions, food was fresh and fast. Staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive. There were only two of us in there and the Bengals game was on. Potato salad wasn’t bad not sweet did have onions what I liked the best was the fact that the manager offered to switch out the potato for another side dish if I didn’t like it. Turkey sandwich was delicious. The baked potato was huge. The sweet tea was good not overly sweet. I look forward to going back to this deli to explore other delicious items on their menu. Large parking lot.
