This location is 5-stars each time we come. The friendliness of the staff makes this the best. Our orders are correct, come out quickly, and the dining room is always clean. On this visit, I decided to leave a review because I witnessed the male manager interacting with multiple employees- he was very respectful and kind to them. They looked generally happy to be there, and that is a huge plus for me.

I absolutely love McAlister’s Deli. I think they have the freshest, best tasting sandwiches any where. I like the outdoor seating and great music in the summer time. I was disappointed on this particular visit as I ordered a jalapeno crunch sandwich when I asked for my chips as a side they told me they were already on the sandwich???? However, on the online menu it gives you the option of a side (including a bag of chips)? Could I have gotten the potato salad as my side? If this sandwich does not come with a side it is not stated clearly on the menu. I had no problem in Columbus,In getting my side with the sandwich 3 days ago but the Fishers,In manager told me “no the chips were my side and they were already on the sandwich.” I’m almost positive a whole bag of chips is not on the sandwich. Besides this setback, thank you for making such fresh, amazing food and love the Tea!!!!

Love this place. Anytime I’m feeling under the weather I go there. Best soup and sandwiches. McAlister’s never disappoints. We go to alistair’s almost every Saturday. From the great manager Fred to the staff such great customer service. They always recommend things for us to try. Always offer to refill our drinks. We’ll see you guys next Saturday

I brought in lunch for a group at my office. Per the norm, I waited until the last minute to place my order for the 11 people at my meeting. (in this case, I didn’t jump on line to order until almost 9am!) I placed my order and clicked on the “deliver between 11 and 11:30) and crossed my fingers that they could do it.

My wife likes this place. It wasn’t a good experience doing carryout for her. We couldn’t call ahead because they were too busy to answer the phone. “We’ve been really busy and we’re really short staffed.” It was a pretty long wait. They didn’t have the drink my wife swears that she just had a week ago. They serve you your to go order on a tray and give you a bag. I ordered a pickle and the cashier said to get it from the pickle barrel but there was no way to get one without stealing a non disposable plate. The person who served me my to go tray went and got me pickles in a cup and patted me on the shoulder with a “there you go. I got you three.”
