This location has seriously went downhill. We used to love to come here. Tonight we gave it a try again. The pictures are of what is supposed to be a nacho basket app and a kids Mac and cheese. The nacho basket app used to be our kids favorite, now you barely get any cheese and it is chunky. The Mac and cheese looks disgusting and our child would barely touch it.

mobile ordered my food. they didnt give me my cup for tea. i also had to ask for strawberry syrup i paid extra for. i ordered a spicy turkey melt no bacon add mayo. didnt know it was going to be this complicated. all i got was turkey cheese and un cooked bacon. thanks…. worst experience ever. as much as their food costs you think theyd try to get it right. if u dont wanna work in food service dont

This location has lived up to what I have come to expect from this chain. The food is superb, the staff is friendly and efficient, and I leave feeling very good about the experience. To new customers: they are a deli so expect deli food. I recommend the New Yorker, which is Corned Beef and Pastrami and they have excellent soups that pair well.

Love their food, but I like to order from the app, this would probably be great if you use the same store all the time. I travel around and use different stores. When I thought I changed my store location to pick up my food, it turns out the store location did not change on the app. So a few times now, I have picked up food, to find out my order went to the wrong store. I explained this problem to staff and several staff members were trying to change my store location on the app unsuccessfully. It’s major pain, and I have to wait even longer for food, not to mention calling the store my order went to to get it cancelled and sitting on hold forever. I’m going to have to find a new place to eat at that is more convenient because even though I like the food here, it’s not worth the hassle.

I have been a semi-regular here for four or five years and I love this place! This is really the only location I go to, the staff is friendly, the manager is very engaged with customers and staff alike which makes for a homey atmosphere. Food and beverage quality are always consistent. This location was recently renovated and at first it made me sad that it was getting a new look, but it suits the vibe honestly. I mainly come to McAlister’s to study and I always get a ton done!

I have always liked The food, today well not so good. First time ordering Mac and cheese which is cold. I tried ordering steam broccoli and cheese which I’ve gotten before at several locations. The Italian sandwich well let’s say looks can be deceiving. The order taker was a bit long winded, I guess that would be okay but when you inform them you are on lunch break and need to hurry doesn’t mean continue for several minutes talking about why they can’t put cheese on broccoli.

Usually have no problems with this McAllisters but this time the sandwich was awful. Burnt turkey (I got the smoky pepper jack sandwich with Mac and cheese). The max and cheese was curdled. My daughter and I both ordered the same thing. She barely touched hers while I had to pick mine apart. $20+ down the drain.

Waited 40, minutes for carry out to be prepared .Order sent back 4, times missing items on sandwich. Cold was to be hot. Salad was withered. Young man with long blonde hair was so loud that the young lady at counter could barely think. He got “huffy” when my daughter asked for another bag, she asked him not to tie bag he then cut the handles because he had tied the bag.
