Love McAlister’s food and consistency. However this location is not on point. I ordered a Pick 2 to go and got to the restaurant a few minutes early. 15 minutes passed after the “ready by” time so I politely asked an employee if they had received my order.

When our food arrived at our table, I did a little happy dance. Everything looked delicious, unfortunately it didn’t taste that way. My sandwich was too dry and in need of more honey mustard. Also it was very large and hard to eat, I would have preferred it to be cut in half. The salad was ‘no bueno.’ I’m not a fan of spring mix. I mean what’s wrong with romaine or regular iceberg? Who decided dandelion greens were better? It’s like eating ruffles, it’s just fluff. It’s definitely in need for something more substantial.

Felt like it was being run by a bunch of high schoolers. There was one person running around cleaning and stocking while about 8 stood around and talked. Our order took about 15 minutes to make it out to them table, one order was wrong but they quickly fixed the issue.

I have been to this location on numerous occasions, and it has always been a good experience; however, tonight the service was awful. The entire staff was sullen, verging on rude, and the cashier was not helpful. Instead of telling me they were out of an ingredient when I ordered, they just didn’t put in on the spud. When I re-entered the building to ask, it appeared as though I was a bother to them and was then told they were out of said ingredient. What a disappointing experience all around.

I was suppose to have a spicy turkey melt extra red onions, olives, and jalapeños. Well I got the extras but not the bacon, tomato, Romain lettuce, or Chipotle ranch its suppose to come with. Our other orders include a reubin and French dip cold to the touch. Staff was goofing off in front and I witnessed other orders being wrong as well.

Love McAlister’s sandwiches but every single time I order it to go I get home and there’s tomatoes on my sandwich (which I’m allergic to) and I order a pickle for a $1 extra and there’s not a pickle. I have to end up giving my sandwich to my mom because there’s tomatoes on it.
