This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a macalisters. I have been here for almost an hour and the floors and tables have stayed untouched and absolutely filthy! The manager has been writing on the window for the whole hour not paying attention to the team at all. Only about 2 employees are actually working.

Ordered dinner from here tonight. I ordered a pick two meal with a French dip and broccoli cheddar soup. Granted I understand that what I ordered was a half of the French dip sandwich so I was expecting it to be a smaller sized sandwich but what I received is literally half the size of my hand (picture for reference) and can not even be considered a sandwich. This is a $12 meal so I feel for that price the size of this is ridiculous. This clearly could not feed someone.

Beautiful restaurant, friendly service, tasty food. I had the chicken Caesar wrap with an iced tea. The flavor was great. The service was efficient. I really like the self service tea station. It was not too crowded for a Friday evening meal.

Had our sandwich messed up twice, as well watched my to go order get finished and sit for about 3-5 min before it was brought to me by a second employee rather than the one that received it through the kitchen window. Not bad employees at all more or less just a silly process. Even though the experience wasn’t perfect Rob the GM handled it well and the exact way I would’ve in his position. People aren’t perfect mistakes happen and they fixed it good job McAllister

My food was missing a tomato. The service was so so. The gentleman that brought our food was very polite. There was a female employee who was young, who not so slyly snapped a picture of a little person who came in and placed an order then immediately texted it off to someone.

Love the spuds! Soup is always fresh and hot. They could probably offer more in the desserts. But nice portions for the meals, all you can pickles are a nice touch as well. Moderate prices good atmosphere..and don’t forget the lemonade!!

I ordered potatoe soup that was clearly no good it was grey and watery. For anyone who dont know its suppose to be white thick and creamy not grey. I took it back and the response I got from the cook was she knows it’s bad that’s how it came. I told them they should not serve something they know is bad and they replied with they know but they have to serve it anyways. I will never go back and I highly recommend anyone eating there to check your food before you eat it.
