Very disappointed. Should have checked order before leaving. I’m not sure when a half sandwich on the “pick 2” menu was reduced to 2 3/4 inches in size. Yes, I measured because I couldn’t believe it…and am used to a real 1/2 sandwich. I’ll be checking from now on. Definitely not worth the cost.

Friday lunch stop at 12:00. About 5 minutes wait to order; 3 registers open. My food came quickly with a smile. Tomato soup was spot on choice; very thick with good flavor. Club sandwich arrived without mayo per my request (sometimes restaurants forget a special request). A tad pricey, but good, fresh food is worth the price.

Use to love this place but lately, it has been inedible. Today, we ordered 2 salads and a sandwich for out 3 year old for a pick-up. When we got home, it looked far from the standard that we expect from this place. They were promptly thrown away and order Thai instead. I use mcalisters for personal and catering but I don’t think that will be happening again. So sad for this.
