So you’re looking at a 12″ French dip double meat, double cheese with a side of Mac and cheese. I want to give the food a 5* but all of the meals I’ve had. The food has a certain blandness, still really good. Just bland…honestly it’s probably more of a 3* on the food…it’s just ok, but everyone I know loves it, which leads me back to the blandness. There’s no real dynamic taste to any of the sandwiches …one of the reasons I believe it draws in a lot of people. The sweet tea and lemonade are fantastic, some of the best in town and the staff is super friendly every time I’m there…overall I really enjoy McAllister’s Deli.

A Spice Below the Horizon
After a long day on the road, it was great to stop at a favorite sandwich chain. At first I was a little disappointed since my sandwich had the spicy dressing that I requested to not be added and the bread was toasted a bit too long. However, the staff immediately made it right and made me another sandwich. The new butterscotch pie is a must! I highly recommend. The price is about right for the cost in the current times. Tips are always appreciated by staff and they do work hard. I saw several, constantly checking tables to see is clean and wiping down napkin area.

Had a great sandwich and a very subpar spud/potato. Very disappointed, called and spoke to manager Jen and she made it right, took responsibility acknowledging that I may have received a potato that was due to be rotated out. At any rate, the excellent customer service is appreciated.

The Deli is pretty hip! Kinda has that pub vibe. Pretty chill and the employee’s were awesome. The Smoked Pepper Turkey was delicious! With some dank mac n cheese and sunchips. And the sweet lemon tea is refreshing! Definitely coming back again. 😀

They go above and beyond! I always have special requests and they get what I want, no questions. I stay away from breads, and eat only the chicken and veggies off a sandwich. If I ask for cheese to be put on the side or anything like that. They are very accommodating! Love this place!
