I have given this place a few tries and am always happy that I do. Panera like options but better priced and with baked potato options. Their pick two option is great and the half salad that comes with the sandwich is generous. I have tried a few different sandwiches and have enjoyed them all.

I use to visit this location regularly, but I haven’t been here in months because of poor service and terrible management. I have made several visits in the past few weeks and have received amazing service. This location is under new management and the general manager is amazing. The new staff is friendly and have gone the extra mile to make an experience memorable (in good ways). Sean (general manager) is very friendly and visited my table on my last visit and introduced himself. I shared with him my previous experience and he apologized for it and offered me a slice of cake for my return.

When in for lunch , my experience with the staff was not pleasent . The cook and counter person was talking to each other about how much time it would take to make aloud . While we were waiting to order , each customers ahead of us ordered and the counter person kept adding longer time aloud to the public . Every order was added 5 mins more . It went from 25 minutes to 40 minutes for a wait for the food . We walked out . I am in the food business, and never saw how rude the person was to the public . First time and will be last time .When to Dengeo instead . Service was very fast and good.

I catered from McAlisters Glenview and Niles for NorthShore University HealthSystem. I ordered simultaneous catering deliveries to six different hospital sites for over 150 people. The management at McAlisters made the process simple, straightforward, and seamless. I have never had an easier system-wide catering. I only had to communicate with one contact, Sean Larsen at McAlister’s Glenview, who coordinated the entire delivery for us. He was extremely personable, had great communication, and accommodated all our preferences and last minute changes. The food received raving reviews, the sandwiches and dessert platters were a hit. Everything was packaged in a very presentable manner. Our staff enjoyed the lunch so much that we did the same catering order two months later. I would highly recommend coming to McAlisters for your next catering order.

The girl who took my order was rude. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. I said I wanted the choose 2 and she forgot to include my soup, I had to remind her. She forgot to ask me if I wanted a pickle but I still said I wanted no pickle. The service was horrible. The food is good, only reason they’re getting 2 stars. Disappointing.

The food is great. The browkies rock as always. You must get 4 browkies with each visit. The tea is amazing. Easily the best tea in the state of Illinois. Go eat at this location. The manager Roy is the best! Super friendly. The cashier Robin is super nice and cares about your order and eating experience. A must go to place!

Avoid this place at all costs. Went on a Friday afternoon and waited 40 minutes without even receiving the order I paid for. Within 10 minutes of placing my order, half the people waiting began asking for refunds. After 40 minutes, and half the people in the lobby complaining, asking for refunds and also not receiving their order, I followed suit. This place is a complete dumpster fire and I highly doubt I’ll even get my refund back on my card. One of the worst experiences at any form of business I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I’m talking food service, retail and literally anywhere.
