Finally stopped in to try the spuds however, it was a 40 minute wait so we will have to try them next time around. We ordered the ham and cheese melt which was good. The ham used has a very sweet taste to it. The French dip was my least favorite because the beef had too much fat for my preference but my husband didn’t mind it. The chicken dumpling and cheddar broccoli soups were good, just wish the temperature was hotter. Mac and cheese is rich and creamy. The jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich ended up being my favorite along with the potato salad. I will definitely order that again. As far as price range goes for our family of three we spent a little over $50 for 3 sandwiches 3 drinks and 2 cups of soup.

Service is terrible. We went at a non busy time, our order was taken right away. But then the employees in the back were just talking and walking around and then overheard them saying they forgot to make our order. Once our order was finally made it sat there for 12 minutes while the employee in the front kept taking orders but not handing out food. Incapable of multi tasking.

First time ever at a McAlisters. Atmosphere was awesome with great music and very clean restaurant. My sandwich was made incorrectly on the first go, but they immediately re made it for me and had excellent customer service. Sandwich and spud 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be returning!

Me and my husband Jon finally tried the deli for the first time today while the food is good I don’t know if we will be coming back. Service in front is horrible and slow the front girls are rude and take forever to hand you your food. Me and my husband watched as our food was ready and sat there for well for 10 minutes. Manager was present and did not say or do anything about it. Food is good. Service is horrible.

Ordered on line and it said 17 min to complete 2 sandwiches. I waited over 30 min for my order. I should have gone to Arby’s instead. It would have been better flavor, better price without the long wait. Totally disappointed.

We love to order from here but amazed on how stingy they are getting with the serving sizes. Order a cup of Mac and cheese and expect a cup. This is all you get. This is not the first time it has been the 5 or more orders so it’s not a fluke, it is the manager being stingy to save a buck and up profits. Not sure if this is a corporate restaurant or franchise but they seriously are cutting back on portion sizes. Sad since we do like the food and choices but $12 for a sandwich and side and the side is just a spoon amount.

My mom stopped by today and ordered one sandwich the wait was well over 20 minutes. She went in while they were not busy service was ok but a 20 minute sandwich is unacceptable when a manager is on the phone not caring for paying customers.
