I really like the chicken salad and fruit, I went to the Edwardsville location today and was shorted my pickle, which I enjoy. Not the first time it’s happened quite a few times, I used to get food at these places at least a few times a month. Here’s a picture of today’s food,Now it’s going to be not at all.

Diner is always clean and comfortable, but the music can drown out a conversation. Food was delicious but the Portions are too big. I’d rather enjoy the dinner to be satisfied over being uncomfortably full. Kids portion was also too big. It feels like you’re wasting money when no one can finish what they ordered.

Was one of my favorite places until last couple times been there. 10$ sandwich supposed to have had one tiny slice of the shelf bacon. Went in and showed them,and the person I talked to assuming he was the manager. Had an attitude and was rude. They remade sandwich I checked in my car and once again 1 piece of on one side and some crumbs on the other,I will not drive 20 min to pay high price and when not right be treated poorly.

I have been eating at many of their locations for years and they are by far one of the best places around, not to mention the best tea in town! Quick service, great tasting food, friendly employees, and always trying to improve. Occasionally they add new items to their menu and I see managers on deck that really care and try to make sure things are being done efficiently. Lots of delicious, healthy choices at a fair price and great environment. Love you McAlister’s!

Brice is exceptional! My order was missing a side of Mac n cheese, and my sweet tea tased like unsweetened. I tasted it before I left, and got a new one, but it didn’t taste any better. I got home where 5 hungry kids were waiting. We made it work with what we had and I called and spoke to Brice. Very professional, kind, understanding and he credited my account by $11.00! I didn’t know to order the kids meal Mac n cheese on the internet. I was so happy! You never seem to get great customer service anywhere anymore, but he was outstanding! Everyone always seems to be smiling there, which must mean they are happy, well it definitely shows! I will continue to be a loyal customer, Brice needs a raise! And, he told me to come back for another tea and kids meal. He thru in 2 large cookies!!!

We ate here at 6:15pm on 7/23/23. Upon receiving our order we noticed that my wife’s bread was burnt, my sandwich had cheese although asked for no cheese, and both of our pickle spears were missing. We asked that both of our sandwiches be remade for the corrections and for our pickle spears. After they brought the sandwiches back it was obvious that they just flipped her bread to the other side, as the top was soggy and the insides were burnt. They scraped the cheese off of my sandwich instead of remaking (im lactose intolerant unfortunately) and yes… they still forgot our pickles :(. On top of this we could easily overhear them complaining about it in the kitchen. So yeah, disappointing experience all around. Will stick to getting our fix at other locations for now, this is sadly not our first bad experience here.

This is the first and last time we will order a cheese pizza kids meal! We placed an online order for pickup, initially for mac n cheese but it was “unavailable”. We arrived a little early and waited for my daughter’s order to be made. At home, she opened the container with her “cheese pizza” and said “Mommy I don’t want to eat this, it looks disgusting!” Pretty certain this is another menu item that should’ve been listed as “unavailable” online, because WTH is this?!?!? A hoagie roll with mystery sauce and “mozzarella” cheese?!?!?

I ordered the French dip, the meat was fatty and had a weird iridescent color to it and I paid 12$. The customer service was great and the tea was great. Over priced for what it is though.

Love the food here. Just wish that they had regular menu items more frequently. On more than a few occasions they haven’t had potatoes. Other than that, love their food. A little pricey but at least it’s delicious!
