I tried McAlister for the first time last night. Why did I wait so long? I order the club sandwich on wheat and a side caesar salad. It was pretty good. I’ll be back to try other sandwiches when I’m craving one.

Visited this location today as I often do and of course the food and service both were excellent. The general manager (Conner) was there and he is extremely great at what he does. So friendly and inviting to everyone. You can tell he really loves what he does. I never mind making the drive to visit this location because the experience is always great!

My main gripe with places like this is that most of the food is stuff I can make at home. Loose meat sandwiches, salads and baked potatoes. My potato was pretty burnt which made the skin inedible. Microwave the potato instead of grilling it??

This place has forgotten toppings on my order multiple times now, I’ve been told I’d get a refund for a whole spud that was never delivered that I never got, and today I paid $11 to only receive half the spud I paid for I’m not sure how this even happens. This location has disappointed me time and time again and the few times I’ve gone in it seems as if it’s run by children who prefer to stand around and talk than actually help me get my full order. I would not recommend eating here unless you’re going to be sitting down to eat so you aren’t driving off and getting disappointed before it’s too late.

The place was empty. Only customer for a to go order. My bowl of soup was $7 something. Bowl is a little over halfway. My savannah chopped salad was ok. The chicken wasn’t even strips, looks like I got the bottom of the barrel on chicken, mostly the fat. I gave a great tip even though it was take out. 3 stars only bcuz the manager came out to take my order, the cashier was getting delivery orders together.

I normally don’t have any problems eating at this McAllister’s Deli by St. Claire Square Mall, but I just stopped by this past afternoon, and the manager messed up my order. I asked for my original order. The manger seemed to get really mad at me and the new girl he was training. I just thought it was totally inappropriate if I asked for a 12 inch sandwich I should be able to get 12 sandwich stuff out, yeah I didn’t like none of it made any sense. The young lady seemed like she was doing her best.

Best Deli and sandwich shop ever! Quality sandwiches, fresh and delicious ingredients and lots of options to decide on what’s perfect for you. Online ordering, app ordering, on in-person ordering are available. You will Not find a better sandwich or meal anywhere! They aren’t cheap, but the quality is definitely worth it. This location has lots of interior and exterior seating and everything is super clean. I need to emphasize “QUALITY” as well as deliciousness! You won’t be disappointed with anything you order from McAlister’s!! Five stars!

Most tables were not cleaned off so there was no where to sit. There are no napkins at our sticky table. There were no large cups, no ice, some sodas were gone. Gross hot tea. We asked for white bread and got wheat. There was no avocado on my sandwich, no Mayo. The Mac n cheese was old. I will never come to this location again. Disaster from the start! This is to expensive to not get what you order. We love McAlisters but this location is AWFUL!

This place was so incredibly understaffed when I stopped in on a Sunday evening. The poor girl working the register was trying to do her job but with her being the only one there to take orders as well as fill drinks it seemed impossible. After I asked her if they were understaffed she told me “there was tons of people here this morning but they all left me here alone.”

Good Game
The customer service was friendly but after waiting 15-20 minutes the food was less than desirable. The French dip was very dry (thank goodness for sure jus). I ordered broccoli and cheese soup but received chicken and dumplings. I could go up the counter and fix the order due to the length of the line.
