I’ve been going to McAlister’s for years now. No matter where you go, the store is always clean, food is always great tasting, and portions are just right. Different and unique from the typical sub sandwich shop. They make awesome tea, enormous and flavorful spuds, and the best sandwiches. Always adding more to the menu, with occasional deals you don’t want to miss. I’ll be back for more soon!

I’ve been to this location a couple times and haven’t had any issues until today. I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon. They were extremely fast with the service as they weren’t very busy when I went. However, fast forward a few hours and that potato has now made me very sick. I’m not sure what was wrong about it, but it is clear that I got a mild case of food poisoning because of it. Be careful when eating here, I know I’m not the only person who has had this issue. Two stars for the fast service through.

i got a steak and peppers sandwich with a side of potato salad and a pickle slice. The steak was overcooked and a bit chewy. The potato salad was tasty as was the pickle. The pickle slice was very small. The line moved quickly and the staff was friendly.

It was clean. They were incredibly slow. The staff seemed more concerned with chatting with each other than making sure the customers were taken care of. We ordered 1 kids meals of uncrustables peanut butter and jelly, a king club and a pecan berry salad and it took over 15 minutes to get. The food was the same quality as it is at all McAllister locations.

I usually enjoy the meals at McAlister‘s but this past Friday was quite an experience. Apparently from the chicken sandwich that I had I got food poisoning and have been sick with intestinal issues for the past three days. I hope nobody else experienced the same issue.

Changed back from 1 star to 5. Had time to calm down and look at situation. Though treated badly by 2 employees, the 1 star doesnt represent the true good employees that greet people kindly and take care of customers and provide friendliness on an everyday basis. I applaude the majority of workers at this store. Shame on the cashier old lady with gray black short hair and glasses for setting eveything in motion and not providing receipts while causing tea drama and Britney for shaming their company with bad treatment. I will just change locations if I choose to come back to a McAlisters. Bank of America receipts showed $6,000.00 + in meals bought for family and friends from our family for one year several years in a row. Im sure that covered half the salary for one of the 2 troublemakers. McAlisters loss, Starbuck’s gain.

The best sweet tea around. Kids eat free on Tuesday and Sunday kids meals are healthy and baked potatoes you can eat as a meal there huge great selection of food and the staff is very friendly and helpful..

The app wouldn’t let us add reward codes or a gift card. None of our sandwiches came with the pickles we ordered. The food was tasty but my sandwich, the grilled chicken, looked like someone sat on it. One side was completely smashed. We ordered sea salt, bbq & salt and vinegar chips but we instead got 1 BBQ and 2 sea salt. There were at least 5 ppl inside but only 1 was really working.
