Went there with my daughter for a quick lunch. The area had power outages but McAllister‘s were still open so we stopped in for a quick bite. Service was good food was also good although the restaurant air conditioning was set for 90° outside it was a little bit chilly. A good place to go for a quick bite.

I have not eaten at one of these in 20 years, how they have changed for the worse. They are not what they used to be in menu choice or quality of food. In my opinion, unless something drastically changes this chain is on its way out the door. Not even a good choice for lunch, let alone dinner now. Probably won’t be back.

We love the Arnold and Fenton location, but this place was terrible. Of the 4 of us 2 orders were messed up, the ones who got sandwiches had hardly any meat on them at all, we could barely swallow our bread sandwiches, the salad had onions all over it when the order said no onions, they didn’t bring us dressing, we waited forever for a simple order and we usually live our McAlisters. We were all so disappointed.

Good food, tea, and app for mobile ordering, but poor execution. The past several times I’ve visited, my order has been wrong. I understand they’re understaffed, but it makes me not want to come back if my order is wrong every time. They keep forgetting to include my pickle with my sandwiches and additional toppings on my potatoes.

They have real vegetarian options! That veggie spud is awesome. I ate it before thinking about taking a picture during my last visit. There’s also several sandwich options without meat. The tea is good, I think they’re kinda known for it. It has a hint of lemon which is nice.

The service was horrible!!!! The cashier didn’t greet us, she just stood there looking at us until I said hello. No was in front of us Or behind us in line. This was my FIRST time. She wasn’t helpful with assisting us with ordering at all. As we waited for our food other patrons (white) were greeted. I’m not sure what that was all about but keep reading because it’s gets better. I literally saw the cashier put her nose in a patrons cup (I don’t know what was in the cup) the cook in the back handed it to her she smelled it and gave it back to him and he added more product. Then he preceded to wipe his nose with his forearm!!!
