Probably one of the most painstaking takeout orders of my life. It seems like every employee in there HATED working there and did not care. My mom is vegetarian so I got a pick 2 with the veggie sandwich and pecan berry salad and they gave me two salads. There was also no dressing for either salad. I absolutely never will be coming to this location, I just think the employees were terrible and untrained is all. The food was good. I’m sure everyone who was in that restaurant with me will never be returning.

So, my girlfriend and I were desperate for a sandwich yesterday last night at 8 pm. Everyone else was closed an hour early and we really looked forward to this place. When we came in around 8PM the manager was nice enough to let us know they were short staff. We had no problem with that but what threw us off was a mcalister worker just standing at the register frowning and not saying a word, the manager asked what she was doing and her response was shut up I’m getting my money for my shoes! The manager just stood there and watched her for 3 minutes then decided to say whatever to her in the back. This place is Very dramatic around closing time if you want a good show

First time visiting this location. It was my husband and I, and we ordered the Pecan Berry Salad, and the choose 2 which included a 1/2 Southwest salad and a 1/2 plain spud. They forgot the dressing for the Southwest Salad, so we had to go back up and ask for it. The Pecan Berry Salad was just sad looking compared to what it usually looked like at other locations. It was really small and scraggly. Something seemed off about it, but I couldn’t quite place it until I was halfway through with it…they forgot to put the grilled chicken on it! A protein that comes standard with the salad! ♀️ No wonder I was still feeling hungry! I went up again and told them about it and they gave me a cup of grilled chicken to add to the salad myself. This was the weirdest and disappointing McAlister’s visit ever. Staff was cordial to be sure, but the food and quality control was subpar.

Always a pleasure to enjoy the Savannah Chopped Salad and Sherry Shallot dressing. The overall combination of Gorgonzola cheese tartness and sweet cranberries makes this the best salad. 15 min to get food since it was only one FOH employee and a manager making all the food. I’d come back though.

Tea was great as always. My turkey sandwich was pretty good. The cucumber/ tomato salad was not very good at all. Definitely would not get that again. I came on my lunch break from work and didn’t have to wait long.

For the 6th (and last) time the order I made online was incomplete when it was picked up. We used to go to this restaurant 2 or 3 times a month, but the service has been so poor the last 2 years that we’re down to 2 or 3 times a year. But never again. As of this writing I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes to try and resolve this problem. Guess they just don’t care. I want my tip back.

Nope, won’t order from there again. Small order of one chef salad with ranch, no ranch delivered. One club sandwich with potato salad, no potato salad delivered. One club sandwich with Mac and cheese. Guess what??? No Mac and cheese delivered. We’ll take our business elsewhere since they couldn’t be bothered to correct there mistake!!!
