1st time here! We came on a Saturday night around 815 pm and they wasn’t busy at all. We actually came to grab a sweet tea before heading back to the hotel. Tons of parking available. If you grab more than three teas from here a month, make sure and grab the tea pass, totally worth it.

Other restaurants in the area were a bit busy for the time of day my family and I went so we decided to try McAllister’s. What a great choice, this place was amazing!!! Nice, helpful, smiling employees, great food and service is what we experienced there. We were all very pleased! I had never heard about this restaurant before but definitely had me doing a Google search as soon as we returned to Michigan.

Good things don’t last. Kids eat free Sundays and the fat free Chipotle ranch were the only things keeping me coming to this overpriced establishment. Now without a decent low fat dressing choice and insanely overpriced grilled cheese sandwiches and uncrustables, I have no reason to bring my family back.

The chicken in my sandwich is was “off”, Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve had the southwest sandwich at other Mcalister’s locations and it is good every time. I was only able to eat a quarter of this one before it turned my stomach. I will not be back to this location.

Have talked to management several times about the smell in the dining area. Bathroom urinal mints are so strong they are stinking up the whole place. Will get carryout but cannot stand the smell to dine in. Place smells like a giant bathroom.

I guess letting the to go orders just sit forever without bagging them while 1 person keeps taking new orders and the other running only dining room orders makes sense in some bodies mind. But the Togo people would like fresh food also. They did pay the same price.

Restaurant overwhelmed. While waiting I tried to Bus some tables, gaot 4-5 done server still needs to wipe. But, the sink is right behind a door and they complain “you can’t be back here”. OK, well why don’t you stop taking orders so you can make the ones for all the people standing and waiting. All your doing is taking more orders so you can upset more people while they wait. Sad that you can’t offer free help while waiting for the paid help to catch up. I LOVE FREE HELP. And I don’t mind being free help

The sandwiches are very good. The potato is a giant delight. The first I saw it, I was floored. It was huge and the best. Stuffed with vegetables, meat and cheese. It’s shareable, enough for dinner and two more meals .

I order from this location all the time weekly. I come I’m so often they know me by name and often know my usual order. I always have a great experience, and even the few times when perfectly reasonable mistakes on my order happen, the staff always takes care of me and I am very very appreciateive of them, especially Julie and Nicky who manage everything .
