We walked in at 4:45pm, on Monday in Bossier City, there were 2 others in there, eating we ordered our food, it took 30 minutes! It wasn’t busy, and 5 employees up front and one cook! The owner needs to pay attention to what’s going on! Food was not hot, We won’t go back! Texarkana McAlisters is quick and efficient and clean!

Great location. The food is always hot. Sometimes there is a wait but it’s always worth the wait. My favorites are the spud max and Ultima nachos. The only downside is when you order Curbside they almost never come out. I always have to go inside to get my order which is a bit inconvenient for me because I have an infant. The staff is always nice and if there’s ever an issue with my order I have no problem with getting it corrected.

I was craving a club sandwich for a few days and the King Club hit the spot. It was after dark when I got there and no other diners were in the restaurant. I had a side of potato salad which was good and some tea. The employees were friendly and the food was good, and so I had a nice, quiet, peaceful dinner.

Went to the Bossier location and order chose 2 a McAlister’s club and spud max. The sandwich was dry, no bacon,and full of lettuce.The last time I came( morning)the store manager which was a lady the food was great. Please fix these issues. The store should be ran great each and every time regardless of what shift and who is running it. If I spend 60 bucks on a sandwich and potato it should be done right.

After a little longer than usual wait, our order came and was delicious. Jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich on jalapeño roll was super tasty. One small brown spot on the avacado but no taste difference. The potato chips on the sandwich make for a nice texture change. I usually don’t go for mayo but it really belongs on this sandwich. For a side I had the steamed broccoli, which is almost always an underwhelming and flavorless, albeit, healthy side. Not this one. Broccoli steamed perfectly with salt and pepper, and I tasted butter in there as well. My boy had the kids chicken wrap w/honey mustard. His review was “so good!” best meal I’ve had at McAllisters so far.

My wife ordered meals online, went by and picked it up. Drove 30 minutes home after a long difficult day. Open the bags and found a note in the bottom of the bags stating they were out of the soups ordered. that consisted of half the entire order, but they still so conveniently charged her for all of it. After calling and speaking to the manager she offered no sympathy or apology just offered to refund the items that got charged incorrectly. She ate here a lot. However this is our last time to eat here. Poor management, inconsiderate staff, mediocre food at best. Good luck.
