Great place for a quick bite or to sit down and enjoy your meal. They have a large selection of items on their menu including sandwiches, huge baked potatoes, kids meals, appetizers, and so on. One of my favorite meals is a half sandwich of the blta, which is bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado with this amazing creamy sauce! Then I get the tomato bisque soup as my side It is one of the best sandwich and soup I’ve ever eaten! They even have large cookies The staff are always very friendly as well and if there are any issues, they have always been nice and quick to help!

This was our first visit to this McAlister’s location. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our food was served quickly and was the perfect temperature of hot. Although the table were pretty close together, they were clean and ready for the next guest. We will be back again the next time we’re in town.

I’m in the middle on my review. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and a cup of the potato soup. Soup was great…salad was half rotten. I’m not exaggerating about it legitimately being HALF rotten lettuces. While the staff remade my salad with no objections, the second salad I got was half rotten as well. It was very disappointing to have such a beautiful looking salad turn out so poorly. Everyone else had great meals (no salads) and the service was fine. Whomever was in the kitchen today (11/14/21) needs to be retrained on what produce is deemed fresh and pay closer attention.

The monotone, indifferent, non-smiling dude who took our order put his dirty hands all over the top of my glass before he filled it….gross. He might as well have run his tongue around the rim. Also, would a smile kill you? All the signals I got said “go somewhere else”.

My second time eating at McAlister’s and it was phenomenal. I got a to go order but the service was great. They did forget one item but I caught it before I left and had it to me within minutes. I got the steak sandwich which was incredible, a BLT, and some soups. All of the food was 10/10.

Need to brag on the manager. I placed an order for delivery. $48 with tip. We did not get any of our sides for our order. I called the store and not only was the manager kind but she offered to drive our sides out to us! The level of customer service was amazing and we got to enjoy our whole meal. No other restaurant would have offered this. Thank you!!
