We eat at McAllisters in S Okc most of the time stopped in this location at about 7:30 pm. Walked in only about 3 people eating here, i understand why. The staff stood there talking for about 5 minutes not acknowledging us to take our order. So I started filming with my phone, someone from the back noticed and got their attention and they came flying over. I ordered a baked potato and sandwich. The sandwich was ok, the baked potato was as burnt as I have ever seen. A lot of giggling in the back of the kitchen. Pretty sure it was given to us on purpose. But corporate should really look into this store and how it is ran. Disappointing I also noticed a lot of bad reviews and the management is pretty good with the OH NO, I’m so sorry this happened. But your not changing anything. Cheap comments and responses also get noticed as well.

We arrived and were less than enthusiastically attended to by the manager. We ordered in like manner. She didn’t come across as if she was open to answering any questions. My daughter ordered the Mac n cheese. She wasn’t really ready for a big meal and the manager overhead and suggested she get a bag of chips for later; I was pleasantly surprised. My older daughter ordered the BLTA with potato salad. I love BLTs so I ordered the same with broccoli cheddar soup. Estella loved her Mac n cheese and ended up gobbling up her chips too! Our BLTAs barely had any avocado to qualify. We were provided “extra”. Actually I think it was accurate to say we were given our missing item! Everything was pretty good but the service was mediocre at best. The store also had tables that needed cleaning.

Skip this location. I order through the restaurant’s app on July 1. They called because they were unable to fulfill the order because they lacked the main ingredients. I asked for a refund & was informed a manager would have to do it in 2 days because no one working weekends could do refunds. I reached out 5 day later because I didn’t receive a refund & was told the refund could take up to 10 days, lots of excuses. It has now been 12 days & I have still not received a refund. Skip this location.

This is the third time in a month I have ordered a CHICKEN Caesar salad, and they have forgotten my chicken. I have a very short lunch break, and cannot go back up to the store to exchange it. The first time this happened I let it go, the second time I called the store and asked them to please make sure to put chicken on it this time. Again, there was no chicken. Today, is the three strikes and you’re out. I’m sorry. I have double checked my receipts to make sure I did not order one without meat by mistake, this was not the case. Why do I keep paying for something I’m not receiving? Even after calling about it? Beats me. I believe it has been the same young cook every time that has messed up my order. Well, lucky for him, he won’t be making another salad for me. Goodbye to five years of business, it only took you 30 days to lose it.

The McAlister Club was very good but wished the Orange Cranberry Sauce wasn’t discontinued. The cashier was very helpful, pleasant and patient explaining everything. The restaurant is very clean and we were greeted by a person cleaning the floors as soon as we entered the establishment. Great food and excellent staff.

The staff at this location were super friendly and quick with my order. The food was great, and was exactly what I was looking for this evening looking for a somewhat healthier option than typical fast food.
