The last 3 or 4 times I’ve been here, the worst the food quality seems to be getting. Tonight was bad though, and is enough for me to say I don’tthink I want to eat here ever again.. At first, I thought the lettuce in my chicken caesar salad looked bad but was hoping it was just my imagination, but it didn’t taste very good either. It was old, soggy, and brown looking. I took a closeup pic so you can see what I saw. There was barely any dressing on it too, so I went and waited at the front counter for a few minutes before someone finally came out to see what I wanted. It was within an hour of closing time, so they were probably all in the back closing down. I ate what I could and debated on whether or not I should complain about the food, but by that point, I was no longer hungry, was tired, and just wanted to go home.

The last couple times we came through they didn’t put very much avocado or the sandwich. Kind of didn’t look very good. It looks kind of like they threw it together but this time it looked absolutely wonderful.

Great place to enjoy a sandwich and some tea. I would have given 5 stars but the table was so uneven and super annoying to eat on. It’s the small things that matter. When small things are overlooked, it makes you wonder what else is overlooked in the kitchen. The food was delicious as I had the veggie sandwich and ceasar salad. The wait staff was friendly and considerate of all customers. People who are cleaning tables should communicate about tables needing fixed to give a better customer experience. Overall it was a good experience and I highly recommend this store!

Caesar club had zero dressing, a few shreds of cheese, and was mostly iceberg lettuce that fell out of the wrap. About a year ago, these wraps were very good. I have a tea pass since the tea is so good. I’ll stick to tea next time.

Terrible place they banned me because they put honey mustard on my sandwich multiple times (allergic). The one time I go up and ask them to fix it they have police escort me away absolutey pitiful I understand I was upset but I wasn’t hurting anyone I just wanted my sandwich made right no need to go GameStop on me.

Can you say Nasty? I think this is the dirtiest McAlister I’ve ever been in. The floors are all stained yellow and brown with dirt. The dividers have food crumbs and dust and the edging had food crumbs. The napkin dispenser was covered in dust. My mom’s sandwich was wrong and so much mayo on it. Mine had wilted lettuce with brown edges. Gross! They gave me crushed zesty crackers for my soup. Almost every table was either dirty with crumbs or sticky and the seats had spills on them. I won’t ever come back here again. Not a good impression.
