Unfortunately, this is my last time at this location. I came in today thinking maybe the girl that brought out my order was just having yet another bad day.

My wife and I ate here and we’re deeply disappointed because our French dips were cold including the au jus.

We ordered 2 sandwiches with 2 pickles and the 2 sides and an order of chips& cheese sauce. Somehow on that small an order they managed to leave out the pickle, cheese sauce for the chips & both sides. After making the trip down there they insisted they packed everything. And of course were not provided a receipt either. I’m so irritated i won’t bother eating it. Done with this place.

This location has left us disappointed on multiple occasions. We’ve had butcher paper left inside of wraps and they always forget our sour cream. The employees reguarly run away before we can ask them.

Great McAlister’s. The folks who work here are always nice and courteous. Food is always good. Tea is the best. I wish they had other citrus than just lemons for my tea. That would take it to five stars for me.

We ordered curbside. Everything was delivered quickly, however it was all wrong. We had our name on the outside of the bag, and a different name on the inside for the food. Since it was sealed and staples with our name on the outside we didn’t check until we got home. Very disappointed to say the least and won’t be coming back.

First time ordering from McAlister’s. BLT+A was super tasty. Didn’t have any strong expectations, but they exceeded them

Ordered curbside, waited 20 minutes before realizing that they just weren’t going to bring it to the curb. Went inside and order was sitting on counter. Order wasn’t completed so glad I checked it. Get home and this is how much soup I got in the side soup, literally a quarter of this small cup is full. Won’t be going here again.

Today I was just driving around in my Lyft car. Couldn’t figure out what I wanted to eat I was going east on highway 66 in rowlett. And I noticed off to the left to the left McAlister’s deli. So I decided to try it I do love a good deli sandwich. So I stopped and went in the place is clean bright nice menu. And I ordered the New York deli sandwich corned beef pastrami on marble rye bread with Swiss cheese and brown deli mustard. And I got a cup of potato soup. A small iced tea and let me tell you McAlister’s is awesome. Jason’s deli doesn’t even come close on their big New Yorker. McAlister’s New Yorker is awesome there’s at least a 1/2 pound of meat on that sandwich swiss cheese and real New York style deli mustard sweet teas are pretty good too the employees were friendly the menu is good to choose from and it was prompt. so if you’re looking for a good deli sandwich highway 66 West in rowlett Texas try it you’ll love it
