We used to love ordering to-go from this location but the last few times something has been wrong with every order and today was the final straw. I try to check my orders before I leave but this one was tied up so tightly I couldn’t open it. The right number of boxes and bowls was there and the receipt was correct so I left without checking.q I ordered a caesar salad, they didn’t give us any dressing. The lettuce was absolutely disgusting. Some of it was literally just goo stuck to other pieces of lettuce. I threw away half of it because it was more than wilted, it was squishy and gross. The bread bowl that came with my husband’s soup was completely stale. The potato I ordered was cold and there was no sour cream like there was supposed to be. Its such a shame as we order from here regularly but for what it costs, I’d rather spend the money elsewhere.

I ordered on DoorDash to get food delivered. They didn’t label that there were 2 bags, so HALF of my order was left behind. When I called up there to get the remainder sent they said there was nothing they could do. I told them I would have a family member come get it. When they got there, the manager treated her poorly and made it seem like it was her fault. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! Completely rude and unprofessional. The hold music said they are looking to hire people and I can tell why. Management could use some work!

We have visited this location in the past but stopped coming…and now remember why. The service is good, the food is okay…but doesn’t match the advertised pictures. Portions are smaller, and amounts differ. My chicken salad sandwich was more bread than anything else, as was hubby’s roast beef. A hair came out on my tortilla soup and they didn’t even offer a complimentary meal or anything just said sorry and gave me another soup I had already lost my appetite then my son took a hair out his potatoe and I asked to speak to the manager and he gave me a refund. I will just go to Jason’s deli next Time.

Food was very good . I ordered the McAlister Club with a side salad, but I was hugely disappointed they have removed the orange cranberry club from the menu. All in all it was a good meal and we will be back.

We are here now. Customer service was terrible all the way around. young girl who took our order didn’t give a receipt we had to ask for one and we had to tell her 2 times about my husband’s Chilli he still didn’t get it when the food came. The whole order was wrong she acted like she didn’t hear my husband I had to get her out of the kitchen to get his Chilli then didn’t offer crackers or anything came in a to go cup slopped in she acted as if she was stoned or on something none of the other employees tried to help. Except she had to get someone to show her how to give receipt. Husband thinks they are all high just standing around visiting with each other. We have never had service at McAllister before sad
