We were visiting from Petal MS and stopped in here since it was not far from our ball field. We just had a tough game and we’re going for a split double header. The temperature was well above 105 that day and I believe the worker was Sasha. She got my kid some ice to put in his yeti so he could have cool water. She was very helpful that day.

Every single time we order delivery for our office meetings they forget something. Usually the fruit cups, the manager says the same thing nobody is available to bring to us. I know they are busy during lunch, but someone is simply not checking the orders it is frustrating.

I’ve honestly just had it with this location. I’ve probably ordered from them 50 times because unfortunately this is the closest one to my home. 50 times. And I can’t think of even ONE time where my order has had the extra sour cream that I asked for. Not once. And it may seem minuscule but it’s not. It’s the straw that breaks the camels back. It’s the extra disappointment that comes after you’ve already had a long day and everything could go wrong. EVERY time, I write it off because it’s just sour cream but EVERY time, I paid money for a service that I can’t even fully enjoy and can’t complain about because it’s minor. Today was even worse because I fully expected not to get my extra sour cream after months of refusing to even order delivery again and not only was my sour cream not in there (EVEN if the bag says to put 2) my Mac and cheese was a complete joke. This foolishness was not Mac and cheese. This was melted Kraft cheese in a styrofoam cup. This was a joke. I’m completely over it. I’m over this food. I’m over your delivery attempts. I’m over this company. I can’t put anymore money into this disappointing and sad excuse for a deli.

2022 – McAlister’s in Colleyville, TX has many wonderful dishes … today I got the kid’s broccoli chicken bowl – we’ve gotten it may, many times … also, the Turkey Jalapeno Crunch sandwich is very yummy as are their soups .. my husband like their baked potatoes stuffed with beef … their tea is always fresh which is always a plus!

Im a subway type of gal and wanted a sandwich, my partner told me about McAlister and how they are up there as a sandwich shop. The atmosphere was light, the service was fast & amazing, cashier 3 was very patient with us and suggested the lemonade which was AMAZING!!! I couldn’t make my mind up on what to order and as the cashier suggested I can always come back and try more things on the menu & I definitely will!! For two people it was $30.58. It wasn’t packed or a long wait as we came in around 7:30pm. I would highly recommend the broccoli cheddar soup!!

Good food but nasty Store and restrooms., it didn’t used to be like this. No toilet paper in stalls and they look they haven’t been cleaned in a year. I can’t eat in a place that has dirty bathroom that tells me that the kitchen is dirty too.

ive been to this mcalisters about 7 or 8 times. of those times, our order has been correct twice. either something is missing, sometimes half the order, or an item was messed up. shame because the food is so good… when they can get it right. probably won’t be coming here again

Love this place! The bread bowl was AMAZING! The bread stayed soft the entire time! The broccoli cheese soup is my favorite dish at McAlister’s. & getting it in a bread bowl is a game changer! would absolutely eat this again!
