The worker inside with curly hair said the machine doesn’t really work so they don’t know when curbside pickup is ready. I waited 15minutes after the time my order was ready to go inside to hear the machine doesn’t work. My half sandwich looked so sloppy ! And I said no onions on my salad.. this was a horrible experience at this location today.

Really great variety of sandwiches and they taste very fresh. Had the club sandwich – or a version of it – and I felt full but not overwhelmed after. It had just the right amount of ingredients. Staff is competent and friendly, which always helps. And prices were very reasonable for a fair quantity of sandwich.

We ordered the king club with potato salad, the Rachel with chili and the chopped Savanna salad. Along with carrot cake and their sweet tea. Everything was perfect and their little touches of wrapping the chili and potato salad and the extra ice with the tea was very appreciated!

I got this orange cranberry club sandwich. It was delicious. I also got the Mac N cheese, which was delicious as well. I also got a bite of the harvest chicken salad which was better than the sandwich. Got an unsweet tea to drink. I went with a group. Walking in the restaurant was clean, we was not welcomed in. The cashier was nice, they all was actually. The order did not take long at all, there was 10 of us in the group. The restaurant was clean also. Will definitely be back.

Food is consistently prepared for casual dining, servers are great, service in ordering depends upon how many people are in line. It can be confusing/frustrating if you enter the east door and have to follow the line back to the opposite end to get in line. When fewer people are in line you order from the register closest to you and the door you enter. My opinion is when it gets busy there really needs to be a more efficient operating line with posts and ropes(stanchions).

Unfortunately i only get a 30 min lunch so i need to hurry. I place my order online to make process faster nope just to get to the store to say “oh looks like someone took your food we have to re do it”! ♀️.. it happens more than it should. They really need to change their system because I’m sure I’m not the only one it happens to..so frustrating!

My previous experiences have been mediocre; however, today was TOP NOTCH. Hadlie was so professional and courteous. I was absolutely glad I decided to get McAlister’s for dinner tonight. I give accolades where they are due and NR Hills McAlister’s gets 10stars‼️☺️

The service was fantastic. The lady was very polite, and engaged with the person I was with and made a nice menu recommendation. The food was good, my mom’s bread came out untoasted and my bread had a slight stale taste. Not a terrible experience, not a great. Just decent. The outside and inside are nice though.

First time trying got the French dip sandwich footlong sounds good right? the meat was cut too thick so when biting in it comes out of sandwich should be cut thin taste ok had an aftertaste like the cooking oil to toast the bread maybe? Couldn’t put my finger on it tho overall disappointed
