The McAllister Club is an amazing sandwich. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were very polite. We didn’t have to wait for very long for our food to arrive. When they brought out my food they had given me the wrong side but the gentleman that brought it to us was very quick to replace it with what I had ordered.

It’s 226p on a Sunday. I ordered mine and my husbands food at like 145 and we still have not received our order. It’s two plates of nachos…one would believe that they had to wait for the avacados to grow. We eat here often and have never had this problem. This is super disappointing.

By far the one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever had was tonight.

Food was great but it seemed like the crew had some sour attitudes throughout. Counter kept going unattended. One of the gentlemen working was the only one pushing orders and delivering those orders to customers.

Stopped on our way through town. First, we were not greeted by the girl at the counter, she just looked at us when it was our turn. Next, our order took a really long time. Michael was super kind and asked another staff person to check on our order. We took it to-go and headed out of town. After opening our food, we found that the salad ordered with no cheese, had cheese on it and rotten lettuce in the bottom. The kid’s side of broccoli was brown and slimy, and the treats that come with the kid’s meal were not included.

We have lunch here about once a month. Used to be weekly. The main reason why it’s not as often is because they are SO SLOW. Like, slower than my 98 year old grandma kind of slow. The sweet tea is always amazing, so I will buy the tea pass, BUT even then just going in to get a tea you will wait forever and a day. My salad the past several times had a lot of rotten pieces too. If they would work on speed and not give people rotten salad I would start coming in more. For the price McAllister’s now chargers that shi* should be perfect. They have gone up A LOT since COVID. Everyone, but one girl that works the register, are super sweet. Both managers are very friendly.

Food is good, however customer service is not great at all. If you order online, forget it, your more than likely to be missing something or the order is completely wrong. Smh, where is the quality control? Who approves the orders to go out as complete?

Food is good here. Service was quick. Not too crowded. A little pricey but not too bad.

We love McAllister’s because they have TONS of healthy food options and it’s all delicious. Our kids enjoy it as well! My favorite is their broccoli cheddar bread bowl, my husband loves their sandwiches and my kiddos like their mac and cheese (and their cookies haha). The place is always nice and very clean, the service is quick and everything is always delicious.

I was given moldy fruit in my fruit cup, paid extra for alabama white sauce to be on my sandwich only for there to be none. It’s ridiculous. And the sandwich had no flavor. Won’t be going back there.
