I ordered a ham wrap with extra ham and a bowl of soup. When I got the wrap it had one slice of hame and some cheese in it. It’s $3.50 for extra ham that they always fail to put in. When I went back for them to correct it they just rolled ham up and smashed it into one side of the wrap and called it a day. The bowl of soup was only half full with no toppings so I asked if the could fill it up and add the toppings and all they did was add the toppings. People just don’t care anymore and are just sloppy. Manager needs to retrain these employees

First time here. Italian sandwich was good, was recommended by the cashier. Sandwich was just a little smaller than I was expecting. They have great service. Employees will bring the food to your table also will pickup empty plates and refill your drinks . It was busy, so I people like this place . Will definitely come back for more . Update, still good service and good sandwiches

SUPER DELICIOUS! First time trying, and I reccomend the Spicy Turkey Sandwich. The cucumber and tomato salad was refreshing and they have a Whataburger sized tea! I’m glad I tried it! Nice place and friendly staff!

Overall the signature sandwich was good. I just hope they serve more on proportions from their price range. The restaurant was very clean and modern looking. The server won’t give you a dirty look if you don’t decide to hand them a tips, that’s a huge plus!

7/17/22, Our first experience with McAlister’s located on Zaragoza. Have to say that the food is really good, the staff was friendly and helpful while we were reviewing the menu selections. My wife and daughter got a half club sandwich and garden salad, I got an Italian sandwich. We were all very impressed with the food and service, we will be heading back soon to try other items.

The entrance is a bit odd and hard to get to. Not really customer friendly. We went in an ordered food and waited over 40 minutes before we questioned about our food. They were prioritizing drive-thru and call ahead orders, so the rest of us were out of luck. There were a lot of employees in the back, so I’m not really sure why this was an issue. Cashiers were nice, friendly, and helpful.

Got the Italian sandwich. It was decent, but they have their own take on an Italian sandwich (not for the better). Service was prompt and friendly. But overpriced food IMO. $18 for a footlong. Jersey Mike’s prices, but quality is way below Jersey Mike’s. Can’t say I’ll ever come back, especially with those prices.

The cashier with curly hair that is short is soo nice and amazing and friendly! Now the guy manager with curly hair and mustache is soo rude and talked to his employees in such a rude way. He didn’t even wanna remake my whole order when the other day they messed my order but the front lady helped me more than the manager.
