My children and I found ourselves in belchertown late at night searching for a place to eat. It just so happened that this here mcdonald’s was the only place still open. As we ventured our way to the drive through and only ordered a few items, the man speaking to us suddenly called us “obese piggy’s” and asked if we were gonna “order the whole menu fatty boombaladdy” i was astonished and felt as if i shouldn’t have to pay for our food. That was when we go to the window and the man ripped my card out of my hand and demanded i paid for it. As my children are now crying in the back seat. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if i could.

I was extremely disappointed and upset when I received my food. I was specific in telling them I didn’t want certain things and the receipt showed the correct items removed. I opened the wrapper to my surprise everything I didn’t want on the sandwich ( due to an allergy ) on the sandwich… definitely don’t recommend this location. And definitely will not be going back here again.

The service is extremely slow. More than likely they will Have you pull around to the front of the building so they can get your order together. I just went through the drive-through where they told me to pull around to the front where I waited for 20 minutes until I finally went into the building and they said they forgot that I was sitting there.

Hit or miss for quality speed and customer service. Their customer service has been a lot better post covid. Today wasn’t the case. I went through drive thru and the cashier kid was nice as usual but the new short fat attitude ridden teenager you have tossing out bags of food through the window not saying a word and walking away is a problem. I haven’t seen her before but if you get a short fat girl with glasses get ready for some attitude. And if she throws food at me again i will throw it back in her face. Terrible scumbag at the second window today, she should not only lose a massive amount of weight but also her job! Do better

The workers here continue to get Dumber lazier and slower on a near-daily basis it is ridiculous that with only one other car in the drive through that it takes almost 25 minutes for them to even acknowledge that you are in the Drive-Thru I have never in my life seen such an undertrained staff.
