I asked for a Big Mac with no pickles. In my experience of working at other locations, Big Macs come with 2 pickles if you don’t ask for none. They put 6 on my burger. In addition to that I paid for a cinnamon roll. I did not receive said cinnamon roll. After the 6 pickles that made the bun, lettuce, onions, patty, and everything else on the Mac taste like pickles too, this was a huge disappointment. Do better.

It’s now been over a month of me calling not only the franchise but the corporate number and I have not received any calls or emails back in regards to my visit. The visit included myself ordering a Mobil breakfast order before 10:30am and confirming I was on my way prior to the 10:30 am cutoff for breakfast, I was told they will not make my breakfast when I arrived in the drive thru window after being told at the speaker my order was set. I was then and continue to be divided my money back for food in which I did not receive or my points back for any of this inconvenience. This is now almost a month and a half after the incident and nothing. Very unprofessional both this store location and corporate handling of this situation.
