I was more a fan of the move to endorse Newman’s Own products back in the day. Food is standard McDonald’s. How hungry are you? Service at North Elm St is generally slow. Dinner time drive thru is always a wait. Breakfast is worse because the 3 ladies hanging out in the drive thru window would rather chat than help customers. This is not hyperbole, my bag was nearly dropped because the crew member couldn’t be bothered to turn around when handing it off. She stuck out her arm and let go before I could grab it. Like I said: how hungry are you?

Service was terrible as ordered and was parked for 10 minutes, and when brought food wrong order and told me it would take another 10 minutes to get the wrong food cooked. I stated that the rest of the order would be cold and asked to have full order cooked. I was told it would still be another 10 minutes. I told them I no longer wanted the order and requested my money back, which manager came out and was extremely rude and did not want to refund me for my order. I have been a loyal customer daily and since have stopped going there. They need to get their act together. I am extremely disappointed in service!

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Something has been wrong every single time. I stopped going for a while because of it. Finally figured I’d give it another chance, just on a breakfast sandwich, and these useless employees messed that up too. The bottom muffin was hard as rock, completely stale, like it’s been sitting out for days. There’s no way the person who made the sandwich didn’t notice. You guys suck. I will never return.
