The fact that the 2 shift manager thinks it okay to argue with a customer for an order they messed up is enough for me to stop going McDonald’s ever again. The lack of professionalism from the manager is beyond me…This female manager needs to take classes on people skills. What ever happened to customer service with a smile. You walk into McDonald’s and ALL the staff including the Managers, make sure they don’t make any eye contact because they would have to ask if they can HELP you. I am disgusted the way the manager handled my complaint. McDonald’s I’m done with spending almost 8 dollars on a cold burger and attitude from your manager. I guess I will switch to Burger King, they know how to treat people. I guess it’s my way. Good bye.

This establishment has a clean, modern, and inviting atmosphere, but don’t plan to come to this location if you want a frappe, as the machine is always broken. I was told the machine has been broken for a week and seems to be down every time we come.

i hate being a karen, that’s the cringiest thing ever. i try to be as respectful as possible, since i also work in fast food. i mobile ordered breakfast. got to the window gave them my code and everything is fine. at the window they tell me to come inside and inside the manager tells me to call the bank cuz they don’t have the order. no idea what the bank has to do with it. but i call them and they say everything is fine on their end. i go to tell them that and the manager keeps telling me to call the bank since they don’t have it. i told them that it went thru. i don’t understand this back and forth interaction. the problem could’ve been resolved if he didn’t keep telling me to call my bank. at this point breakfast is over so i can’t even reorder it. at least i got a refund : not returning here

Waited in the drive-through line for 30 minutes. No food came out had to go in and the food was sitting on the counter, looked in the bag and it was completely wrong. Food is fresh, prices have gone up but are still affordable. The lines for drive thru are a little long during certain hours of the day but overall the wait isn’t too long.

Never had a worse experience at a McDonald’s. Out of large cups, fries are cold, out of majority of the drinks. Once I finally decided on a sprite they gave me a seltzer.
