I’m only basing this review on my experience today…it was awful! There was numerous groups of ppl ahead of me and not 1 employee was working the registers to help the ppl in line for takeouts. They were probably under staffed like a lot of the businesses, but come on. I dont know their names but 2 of the employees stood out to me and were above the rest work ethic wise.

McDonald’s in North Adams is the worst McDonald’s, I’ve ever been to. Food is never hot and fresh at this location. They dont even fill the french fry containers. I wont eat here but of course my kids want to so I’ll bring them once in a while and its always bad!

Check your order every time. They have ripped me for about 35 dollars this month with forgetting items on 3 separate occasions. I live to far to go back. And they purposely don’t have the phone set to receive calls. Oh and u guessed it you can’t leave a message. They make their drinks and mcflurrys correctly and don’t cheat you out of your money. The oreos are mixed in with the mcflurrys instead of just thrown on top. The frappes are full and as thick as they should be, not watery (same with the milkshakes). We drive the extra few miles when we want McDonald’s. The one in our town hands you watery, nasty tasting drinks and doesn’t think twice about it. Nothing good to say about the one in our town, but this one is fantastic. Great customer service, food is always good, and the drinks are good.

Me and my stepson went to grab sweet teas, mcdoubles and mchickens and a few hours later both of us threw our guts up… the tea was at the end of the container and tasted so bitter and the food wasn’t soo good, this is the 2nd time this happened to us at this location… I won’t be coming back here ever again

When we got our food my friend orders a cheeseburger happy meal and they gave her a 4 piece chicken nugget meal and I got a spicy crispy chicken sandwich it wasn’t very crispy it was nearly spicy not mention the meat was under cooked it was also very chewy like rubber, and some people said the bathroom was really nice but it is not true at all.
