I’m not going to this location ever again. The McDonalds app decided to not display that my order went through so I did it again. Two orders appeared in my email so I went in to get a refund. Management had told their employees to tell me that I can’t get my money back and that I need to contact the third party app (they said that it was a third party app even though McDonalds owns the app so I doubt that that is accurate information). I contacted the number and they stated that the manager needed to give me a refund. Now corporate is going to get in contact with this store so I can get a refund. I can’t tell if you need training or if you purposely did that. At least the employees were sympathetic because management could care less.

Is the deluxe spicy chicken a full size or dollar menu size? Asking because I always cut my stuff in half (don’t judge) and I noticed it was a lil lopsided, but I figured it was the overlapping tomato phenomenon in effect, except that it wasn’t. (See pic below) Now I assure you I did not leave over an inch of chicken hanging off the other side when cutting.

Ever time I go I hope around 730am I order an apple pie and they usually don’t have any and I order a breakfast burrito and the ends are hard it’s not fresh and when I went today they were so rude when I asked how old the burritos were so I recommend going somewhere else unfortunately this is the only fast food restaurant in our town but I will be going else where I don’t like throwing my money away!
