I just came to this McDonald’s an my boyfriend dropped a straw and he apologized for it and the lady at the second window just gave him a dirty look, meanwhile they gave us the wrong drank and made us pull up for 3 cheeseburgers and a fry… an when the lady who brought our food out when they had us pull up spit ice out of her mouth and INTOOO OUT BAG of food! I said something to her and she just goes no and walks away! Horrible service and horrible customer service from people now a days who have zero work ethic!!!! My parents have lived close by to this McDonald’s for 10 years and it seems like it’s only gotten worse over time. I’m sure depending on what time of day you you come also makes the difference. But every time I come here after 6pm the service & employees working are beyond awful. I came in to grab a fork and someone from the back came up for a second, we made eye contact, he doesn’t say hi, ask how I am, or tell me someone will be with me so I assume he is the one working front counter…as I went to ask for a fork he put his hand up in my face and told me to stop in Spanish, so telling me to stop talking to him…then proceeds to point at the woman working front counter who was in the back to come help me, then he walks in the back laughing like he was funny. I can’t express how unprofessional that encounter was, I would lose my job if I ever treated any of my customers like that.
