This was the best Big Mac I have had in decades. It was actually hot. The patties were not falling out of the bun, and there was plenty of sauce and lettuce, enough for every bite. The fries were very hot and perfectly salted. It was surprising that two Big Macs and two orders of fries cost $21.00, but I must say it was worth it.

Everything in our order was completely wrong. They forgot all the fries, the bacon McDouble was a regular McDouble, the chicken nuggets seemed like they were a month old, the Dr Pepper was actually Coca Cola, and the quarter pounder deluxe with cheese had the instructions on the box for no ketchup, no onions, extra pickles and add bacon. As you can see from the picture, there is ketchup, no pickles, and no bacon and it looks like it was dropped on the floor and kicked around a few times. It’s like they didn’t even read the order.

Food is the food. But the service, WOW. I paid extra for sauce and the person who brought my food said I have to pay for it. Look at my receipt, lol. It’s paid for. I didn’t argue but I also wanted the one that came with my nuggets. Also, speaking about the patrons in Spanish is very unprofessional. You do not know who speaks and understands the language. Lady on the speaker was rude. She wasn’t there at the first window for 2 minutes for me to pay. But even after that they put an English muffin and a sausage in my order when I wanted a biscuit and I asked for bacon instead of sausage. I cant have sausage. Very sad.
