The food was like any other McDonald’s that you would go to. The girls behind the counter were awesome and it was nice to actually order from a person for once rather than a stupid touch screen (please get rid of those). Atmosphere, restaurant was nice and clean but a group of kids were being loud and dropping fbombs like they were going out of style. Had to move across the restaurant because my 8 year old thought they were being idiots. Out of the restaurants control? Considering the manager walked by twice and didn’t say anything… I know it’s McDonald’s and I shouldn’t expect too much, oh well.

2nd day in a row the tall person with the dreadlocks and unsanitary, painted, long nails has gotten my order wrong at the drive thru. I shouldn’t have to open up every breakfast sandwich at the drive thru to check their work. This McDonald’s leans on being the only game in a small town. Skip it.

Food has gone down hill. I can’t tell you how many wrong orders lately. I’m going to the uxbridge one from now on. I feel disgusted that is grill scrapings or something that is NOT BACON on my SUPPOSEDLY BACON QUARTER POUNDER, no bacon and THIS STUFF. The manager on staff had them remake the sandwitch and threw in a medium fry, but they also messed up the FIRST TIME (This was the THIRD TIME I WENT BACK) gave us no BQP, and instead gave us a Bigmac with no pickles! Now THAT is disgusting, a Bigmac no pickles?, it was someone else’s order and that was the second time back there.

I was there waiting for 10 minutes and when I got my sandwich which was a McDouble one of the patties wasn’t even cooked all the way. One of the reasons I go to McDonald’s is because the food is fully cooked. The girl that waited on me was very kind and you could tell she was new and the management that was there that day was clearly not fit for the position she was overwhelmed, she was talking bad about the new employee saying that she was going to rip her head off in front of customers, but behind the employees back I did not appreciate that. It was also a mess in the dining area. I don’t think I’ll ever visit that store again.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. I typically don’t leave reviews especially negative ones but after years, this place finally deserves one. This Mc Donald’s is in my town and it’s only a short drive from my home so we often come here. Whenever I order a burger from here it is ALWAYS made incorrectly. Double cheese burger, no mustard, no pickles, extra onions. Pretty simple right? It’s always correct on the screen and when it’s not, I kindly correct them. But every time the food is made and given to me, it’s incorrect. The sad part is the staff working is typically older teenagers or young adults in their 20s (basing off appearance). Everyone makes mistakes, I get that it. But when it’s consistently incorrect, that’s frustrating. What’s prompting me to write this review is my experience I had today. I told the girl at the window my order was incorrect. She apologized and told them she needed a new burger. I hear her tell them the order. She said it correctly. The new burger was STILL made incorrectly. I just don’t understand. I’m thinking next time I want some Mickey D’s, I might take a trip to uxbridge which is double the time it takes to get to the one in town. Hopefully they’re better
