I typically really don’t review places, but the service was terrible this morning 3/27/23. Whoever your drive thru person was had a terrible attitude and seemed miserable. I seriously get people have bad days but he couldn’t even hide it. Cut me off in the drive thru couldn’t even finish my order and when I went to pay again had an attitude and literally rolling his eyes and mumbling under his breath. I also work in customer service and even on my worst days have never acted like that.

At drive through, they gave us the wrong change and argued the point. Cashier entered wrong amount tendered. Refused the two cokes because there was between 1-1/2” to 2” space and asked them to fill. Husband went into the restaurant to take back the cold fries. There are good McDonalds out there… this isn’t t one of them.

Always check your receipt at the drive-thru! I’ve been coming here for a few years and learned to be extra “explicit” in what you order. Depending on who you have, you might be “rushed” into ordering as they mumble and your order details will be forgotten (no fry, cherry coke vs regular coke, etc.). Sounds funny, but it’s annoying and wasting money.

Took over ten minutes to get order at 1030 at night, no one in front of me and the workers were to busy chit chatting rather than doing their job. However my order wasn’t messed up so that’s a plus!! So just went back and got two cheeseburgers and the bottom bunk is burnt, im drowning it in BBQ so I can eat it. How the hell do you burn a bun, I didn’t even think they toasted or warmed their buns?

This McDonalds is a huge hit or miss. It really depends who is working. Often times for lunch I get a decent meal, but some days like today my order is not edible. Nuggets were old and soggy, cheeseburger was a mess and completely covered in ketchup, drink was wrong and fries were stale. It’s impressive how everything can be so wrong sometimes.
