Absolutely terrible. The kitchen computer went down. All other systems were up and running. Instead of taking orders and giving the kitchen the order instructions by paper or mouth like any other restaurant, they turned everyone away. It shows the lack of creativity and leadership of management. The only system down was the one in the kitchen.
